Do you find yourself saying the same thing to the same person often?
I noticed I do this with one person at work, probably do it with more people and don't pay attention to it. I think it might have to do with the fact that I don't know the person that well or maybe not sure what to talk about. I have noticed that recently I have stated it is quiet in here. More of an ice breaker or conversation starter. This person does not say much and it is hard to get him talking. He is nice. Now that I have thought about it maybe I will start off the conversation with something else.
