I'm bored and that's probably the only reason why I write in here.
Untitled Story (Part 3)
Continued...

Later on, I was walking down the halls to the bathroom when I heard someone yelling and people laughing. What the ********? I thought, walking towards the noise. Principle Gord was the one yelling and four junior troublemakers were the ones laughing. I shrugged and walked over to them. They stopped talking as soon as I was five feet away.
“What’s up?” I asked, addressing the four juniors. They looked at me and scratched their heads.
“Uh… Nothing.” One of them replied, he looked to be the oldest. I nodded and turned to Mr. Gord.
“What have they done?” I asked, raising a brow. He cleared his throat and straightened his tie.
“They were disrupting a class and then walked out of my office. They won’t listen to me or anything and they’ve been harassing their teachers.” Mr. Gord explained. I nodded slowly and turned back to the four.
“Listen to Principle Gord and stop harassing your teachers! You are hear to learn and you will if I have something to say about it. Am I clear?” I said sternly, fixing the four with a glare. The juniors rolled their eyes and started to laugh. I grabbed the shirt of the oldest junior and pulled him closer, glaring daggers. They stopped laughing.
“Alright! Don’t hurt me!” He begged, cringing in fear. I smiled and pushed him back into his friends.
“Now, get back into that office!” I flexed at them. They nodded and high tailed it back to the office. I shook my head and turned back to Mr. Gord who was smiling.
“Thanks.” He patted my shoulder.
“Any more problems, just give me a shout-out.” I gave him a quick hug before continuing on my way.

I slowly made my way to my Ferrari, when I got within site of it; I saw Luke, Lyle, and Lance leaning against it. I had changed into a black tank top, black jeans, and my combat boots. I put on my emotionless face as I walked up to them. They were in a row (Lance, Luke, and Lyle) leaning against the drivers side of the Ferrari with their arms crossed and left leg crossed over the right. I stopped near the front of the car, closest to Lance.
“You’re messing up my ride, man.” I said, just staring blankly at them. Lance turned, still leaning against the Ferrari; Luke stepped up beside him, and Lyle beside Luke.
“We know.” They replied, shrugging.
“Alright, get away from it then. I have to get back to my house. Don’t have time to dilly dally around.” I stated, shifting my backpack to a better position on my back.
“Why are you in such a hurry?” Lance asked, quirking an eyebrow at me.
“Why do you care?” I retorted, still keeping my face blank.
“We heard you singing, awesome songs.” Lyle spoke up, offering a half smile.
“Thanks, I guess. Now, move. I have to go before I’m late.” I took a step towards them, but they did not move.
“I’m sorry; I shouldn’t have let her threaten me like that. I just didn’t want anything to happen. I was a little scared on what she would do.” Lance said, looking at the ground.
“I shouldn’t have let Luke ditch you and drag me into it.” Lyle said, looking down as well. I looked at Luke to see him staring at me intently. Lyle and Lance elbowed him, but he did not move. I shook my head.
“Whatever. Just let me go before he gets too impatient. I really need to go.” I replied, pushing past Lance and Luke; quickly unlocking the door of the car. I jumped in and started the car as Lance and Lyle started yelling at Luke. I pulled out of the space and left, not once looking back.

I parked the Ferrari in the garage and rushed into the living room, depositing my bag on the kitchen table. I stopped at the entrance to the living room to see my father and mother sitting on the couch, quietly sipping their drinks. I took a deep breath as I straightened my clothes and hair before I walked in front of them.
“Mother, Father.” I greeted, nodding my head in greeting to them.
“What is so important that you dragged us here for?” My father snapped, annoyed.
“I wanted to tell you that I’ve had enough of your beatings. I’m tired of you and mother thinking that you can get away with anything. I hate both of you, which I’m sure you hate me too. I don’t care. I just want you out of my life. No contact or anything, but you still have to pay the bills because Grandma ordered it and if you don’t then, well, you know what shall happen.” I said, hiding a small smirk as I kept my face blank of all emotion. My father’s face hardened as he stood up, throwing his glass to the ground, making it shatter.
“How dare you speak to us that way! You cannot just order us around like that! We are your superiors and deserve respect! You cannot tell us what to do either! We will do what we please!” He roared a he backhanded me across my cheek.
“Ah, but I can. See, I can go to the police and tell them about your beatings. How do you think your patients would like that?” I asked, raising an eyebrow with a ghost of a hint of a smile on my face. He narrowed his eyes and he punched me again, causing me to stumble slightly.
“You wouldn’t dare! You’re too scared!” He announced, darkly as he smirked. I regained my balance and stood up straight.
“I am not scared. I never have been. I just simply let you take your frustrations out on me. It taught me how to be tough and how to take a hit. It helped me learn how to fight and defend myself. That is the only thing that was good enough for you to teach me. You taught me nothing else. Now, I want you off my property or I’ll call the police.” I sneered, glaring at him.
“Ha! You? Fight? Please! You’re mother could even beat you, hell, I beat you.” He laughed.
“Only because I let you. Do you remember the day I was suspended? I beat the living hell out of three guys at once, with no help. If you don’t believe me, ask anyone at my school. They’ll tell you that I’m not lying to you. I’m considered one of the toughest teenagers to walk the halls of HP Pacific High School.” I stated, sliding my emotionless mask back in place. He rolled his eyes as he punched me so hard I fell to the floor, where he kicked me a couple times.
“She’s right.” My mother finally spoke up, causing us to look at her. She had not moved an inch.
“What are you talking about?” My father asked, angry that she interrupts his beating.
“She is right about it all. Everything that she has said is right. I have talked to the Principle he says it is true. I’ve asked a couple kids from her school, they say it is true.” She said, looking up at him. He looked at me as I stood up and brushed off, acting like nothing happened. He said nothing.
“Now, get out of my house and off my property.” I warned, as I glared daggers at them. A moment later, they walked to the front door and left. I sighed as I walked to the kitchen. I needed an icepack for my swollen cheek and bruised jaw.

I opened the door to my study and walked in, not really paying attention to anything in there. I walked over to the desk and set my bag on it; I was holding an icepack to my face and I had changed into a simple white tank top and pair of jean shorts with socks on, my hair was pulled into a sloppy ponytail and my make-up was off. I turned on one of the lamps on my desk and sat down in a chair, leaning back as I closed my eyes for a moment. My eyes snapped open when I heard rustling of fabric and beanbag chair come from the corner of the study. I got up and quickly turned on a brighter lamp to get a better look of the room. My eyes widened slightly when I saw Luke in the corner, sitting in a beanbag chair watching me intently.
“What are you doing here? Are you stalking me now?” I asked, eyeing him suspiciously.
“No.” He whispered softly.
“Wow, he actually speaks.” I said sarcastically, rolling my eyes and going back to sit down on the chair. I put the icepack back on my cheek as I watched Luke. Luke stood up and slowly made his way up to my chair. He pushed my backpack to the side as he sat on the desk, in front of me. He moved his legs so that one was on either side of me resting on the arms of the chair. I looked up at him curiously, as he just stared at me.
“Is it true?” He asked, leaning slightly closer, resting his elbows on his knees.
“What? I’ve said so many things lately; I don’t know which one you’re talking about.” I replied, setting the icepack down next to him.
“When you said that you don’t love Lance.” He leaned a little closer, searching my eyes for something.
“Well, I don’t know. I think I got my feelings mixed up. Have you seen Lyle around?” I asked, sarcastically cold as I pushed the chair back and stood up.
“I was wrong to say that. I was just confused; I mean you practically proclaimed your love for Lance in front of the whole school. How was I supposed to know you meant it?” Luke replied, reaching out and grabbing my waist, pulling me forward into him.
“Oh, how about when I told you? Or when I kissed you? Or when I explained to you? How about then?” I snapped, trying to push away, but he had a firm hold on my waist. He wrapped his legs around my legs as he pulled me closer, by now I had my hands on his chest and our faces were about five inches apart.
“Is it true or not?” He snapped, starting to get annoyed.
“Were you even listening that one day? Obviously, it is true, stupid.” I snapped, turning my head to the side and crossing my arms over my chest.

After a long silence, I felt his index finger and thumb grab my chin and turn my head to face him again.
“I’m sorry.” He whispered before his lips lightly brushed mine.
“You’re forgiven.” I replied right before his lips captured mine in a sweet chaste kiss as our eyes slid closed. He pulled me flush against his chest as I snaked my arms around his neck, as Luke deepened the kiss. He was the first to pull away and rest his forehead against mine; we stared at each other.
“I love you.” He breathed, smiling.
“I love you too.” I replied, returning his smile. He gave me a quick peck on the lips before he let go of my legs and stood up.
“I’ll see you tomorrow. Oh, and you look good.” He said winking as we let go of each other and he exited through the door, going down to the driveway. I smiled and sat back down in the chair, ready to start my homework.

The next day, I drove my bike to school and walked over to my locker. I was wearing a black T-shirt that ended just above my belly button revealing my slim hard stomach, black baggy low-rise jeans, black circa shoes, black leather jacket, my black watch, and my black bracelets. My hair in a low ponytail at the nape of my neck and I had my usual make-up on. I opened my locker, exchanged books, and closed it. I turned around only to come face to face with Luke. He was wearing a black muscle shirt, black jeans, and black sneakers. I smiled when I looked him over before I looked up at his face; he was smiling. He wrapped his arms around me and backed me up into the lockers, before he leaned down and kissed me. I wrapped my arms around his neck as we kissed. Finally, we pulled apart and smirked.
“Well, it’s nice to see you too.” I said, as he stepped back and we let our arms drop back to our sides.
“I couldn’t help myself.” He replied, as Lance and Lyle walked up to us from behind Luke. Lance was dressed in a black T-shirt, black baggy jeans, and black skater shoes. Lyle was dressed in a black button up shirt, black skinny jeans, and his usual tan worker boots.
“So, does this mean that I have my friends back?” I asked, looking at all of them.
“Of course! We never really left!” Lance exclaimed as he and Lyle hugged me.
“Thank god!” I said, hugging them back.
“Alright, alright, back off. She’s mine.” Luke announced pushing Lance and Lyle away playfully. We all laughed.
“Let’s get to class, I don’t want to be late. Plus, I got some news for you guys. I’ll tell you later.” I smiled and grabbed Luke’s hand, intertwining our fingers as the four of us walked to class.

The four of us walked into the cafeteria and went to sit at our usual table. I looked over to where Dawn and her friends usually sat, but I did not see her, only her friends. I searched the cafeteria and got a very bad feeling. Luke, Lance, and Lyle sat down in the chairs and waited for me to sit.
“I’ll be back. I just need to check on someone.” I murmured before I walked over to Dawn’s friends’ table. As I approached the table, the six kids looked up at me and shrank back a little.
“Can we help you?” One of them asked.
“Yeah, where’s Dawn? Is she sick or something?” I asked, looking at all of them.
“No, she’s not sick.” Another replied.
“We don’t know where she is. She said she’d meet up with us in a minute, she had something to do.” Another shrugged, glancing at the others.
“Alright, thanks.” I said, inclining my head as I turned and walked out of the cafeteria.

I quickly made my way through the halls of the school in search of Dawn. I turned down a hall and heard muffled voices coming from a classroom at the end of the hall. I stopped at the door and placed my ear to it.
“Please, stop! No!” I heard a girl cry frantically, which sounded oddly familiar.
“You know you like it.” I heard a male voice, which sounded too familiar for my taste. I tried to open the door, but it was locked.
“Help!” The girl screamed, but stopped suddenly.
“Get lost! We’re busy!” The male yelled angrily. I backed up a couple steps and kicked the door. After a couple kicks, it burst open. In the classroom was Jim on top of a very scared Dawn, both of them on top of the teacher’s desk. Dawn’s shirt was ripped wide open and her pants were unbuttoned, Jim’s shirt was at his feet and his pants were halfway down. Jim quickly whipped around to yell at whoever bothered to interrupt him, but stopped when he saw that it was I. I had my fists clenched at my sides as I glared at him darkly. If looks could kill, he would be fifty feet under.
“Get away from her.” I stated through gritted teeth.
“Lalee! Help me!” Dawn yelled trying to get up, but was pushed back down on the desk by Jim, roughly.
“Shut up!” He warned, glaring at her. He stood up and pulled his pants on, before facing me. I motioned with my head for Dawn to move and she quietly rolled off the desk.
“How dare you touch my sister!” I screamed, rushing forward knocking both of us back on the desk. I straddled his waist and started to punch him as Dawn ran to hide behind the door, trying to cover herself again.

Jim rolled over, causing me to fall on the floor with him on top. He straddled my waist as he punched me. I brought my leg up and swiftly kicked him in the head, sending him forwards over me. I jumped up and walked over to stand above him. He was rubbing the back of his head as I grabbed him and pulled him to his feet, still holding the front of his shirt. His hands reached up and grabbed mine as I started to push him back. I got him to the doorway and let go, stepping back a couple feet. He looked at me curiously, but his eyes widened as I charged him, thrusting my shoulder into his chest. He flew back into the wall opposite the classroom. He slid down to sit on the floor and gasped for breath. I slowly stalked up to him and stood, towering above him.
“Don’t you ever touch her again!” I screamed at him, crouching down. He looked at me, and gulped. I just glared and started to punch him.

After a few minutes, I felt myself being pulled from the crumpled form of Jim. I struggled against them, but they held firm and continued to pull me back. I stopped struggling and looked up to see Luke, Lyle, and Lance holding onto me as they stopped pulling me. I jerked myself free and walked back into the classroom where Dawn was silently crying from behind the door. She was rocking back and forth, crouched down and hugging herself as she cried. She zipped up her pants, but her shirt was ripped in two so she could not cover herself that good. I sighed, took off my jacket and gently put it around her shoulders. Her head snapped up to look at me when she felt the jacket on her shoulders. Before I knew it, she had latched herself onto me and started crying into my chest; her arms wrapped tightly around my middle.
“It’s ok, you’re safe now.” I soothed, gently stroking her hair with one hand as I wrapped the other around her back. Luke, Lyle, and Lance were watching from the door with very confused looks on their faces as they looked at us. I shook my head at them, silently promising them to explain later. They nodded and walked back out in the hall. I gently pulled away from Dawn and looked down at her.
“Come on, you’re coming with me.” I said, she let go and quickly wiped her face as she nodded. She put her arms through the sleeves of my jacket and I zipped it up for her. I wrapped my arm around her shoulders as I lead her out of the classroom.

I lead her down the hall, towards the front entrance, where the three guys were waiting. We walked up to them and I gave them a weak smile.
“I need your keys Luke, you can drive my bike. We’ll switch at my house. You guys can come with us, I guess.” I whispered, leaning slightly closer to them. I glanced down at Dawn to see silent tears running down her cheeks as she clutched the front and back of my shirt.
“Alright.” Luke said pulling his keys out of his pocket; we switched keys and I gave him a quick kiss on the cheek. Dawn and I walked to the parking lot and to Luke’s car as the others went to their cars, Luke going to my bike. I put Dawn in the passenger seat and quickly got in the driver’s seat.

I sighed as I walked out of my room, closing the door quietly behind me. I finally got Dawn to sleep after crying for nearly four hours. I walked down the stairs and towards the living room. When I got there, I saw Luke on the love seat, Lyle and Lance on the couch, staring off into space. I walked over and plopped down next to Luke, with my back leaning against his arm, which was at his side. They all looked at me, startled and I leaned back, closing my eyes as I took a deep breath. I had to change out of my clothes, since Dawn was crying on them. I was now wearing a white tank top with daisy duke shorts. I felt Luke move around so his arm was around me and his head rested on mine.
“What happened today? Why did you beat the living s**t out of Jim? Why was Dawn crying?” Lance asked, from the couch. I sighed and opened my eyes as I turned my head to look at him and Lyle.
“I caught her and Jim in a classroom. He was trying to force himself on her. She’s like a sister to me. I wanted to kill him so badly.” I explained, taking a deep breath, trying to calm the rising anger.
“Damn him! We’ll kill him!” Lyle exclaimed, jumping up with his arm in the air pointing to the ceiling.
“No, you’ll do no such thing. I took care of him, please don’t go starting anything.” I replied, staring intently at Lyle. He sighed and sat down.
“Fine.” He muttered, looking at the ground.
“Look, Dawn’s asleep. I need to call a couple people. I need you guys to do me a favor. Go get Jim and bring him here, don’t ask questions just do it.” I said, getting up.
“Alright.” Luke replied, getting up followed by the other two. Luke kissed me on the cheek before the three of them left. I walked into the kitchen, grabbed the phone and sat down at the table, dialing the numbers.

About an hour later, the doorbell rang and I got up from my seat on the love seat. I walked to the door and opened it, revealing Lance and Luke holding each of Jim’s arms with Lyle behind them.
“Come on.” I motioned for them to come in. I lead them back to the living room, where the officers and Dawn’s parents were waiting.
“What’s going on?” Jim demanded as he saw the officers stand up and turn to him, followed by Dawn’s parents.
“You’re going to jail.” I sneered at him, turning to face him. He gulped and tried to back up, but Luke and Lance had a firm hold on him.
“Is this the man that tried to rape your friend?” One of the officers asked, turning his head to me.
“Yes, it is. You are going to arrest him, right?” I replied, turning my head to look at him.
“Yes, but we need to hear it from the victim. Where is she?” The other older one replied.
“She’s sleeping, I’ll go get her. Do you want her clothes as well? I had her change when we got here.” I responded. They nodded and I went up to get Dawn.

Dawn and I walked into the living room, she was clutching onto me again, just like before. I had both my arms around her as we entered the room. Jim was sitting on the floor in the corner, Luke was sitting on the loveseat, Lance was sitting on one of the chairs with Lyle on the arm, and the two officers were sitting on the couch along with Dawn’s parents. As soon as we entered, Dawn’s parents jumped up and ran up to us.
“Oh my god, Dawn! My baby! Are you ok?” Her mom cried, trying to hug Dawn. I let Dawn go, but she just tightened her hold on my shirt, burying her head in my side. Her mother looked up at me, hurt and confused. I shrugged and shook my head.
“She’s ok, I think.” I said, looking at Dawn’s mother. She nodded and went back to the couch with her husband. I lead Dawn over to sit between Luke and me.
“No!” She yelled, once she noticed where I was going to let her sit. Luke winced and got up, looking at the floor.
“Ok, ok, it’s ok Dawn. It’s just Luke, he won’t hurt you.” I said, sitting her down by the arm as I sat on the other side of her, leaving enough room for Luke to sit next to me. Once we sat down, she let go of me and put her hands in her lap, looking down at them. I put my hands in my lap and looked at the officers as Luke sat next to me with his hand on my thigh.

After a long silence, I looked over to see Jim sneaking out the entrance to the living room. I jumped up and ran over to him, grabbing the back of his shirt. I dragged him back into the room and threw him down as hard as I could next to the couch.
“Stay.” I commanded darkly. He gulped and nodded, sitting next to the couch.
“Well, Miss, why don’t you tell us what happened?” The younger officer asked, looking at Dawn. She looked up at him and nodded slowly.
“I was on my way to the cafeteria for lunch when Jim pulled me down a hall and into a classroom. He said he had to show me something, so I did not think much of it. He pushed me inside the classroom and locked the door. Once I heard the door lock click, I turned around and he was slowly making his way towards me. I backed up because he was scaring me. When I backed up into the teacher’s desk, he was right in front of me and pushed me down. He took off his shirt before he ripped mine open. I started screaming, but he’d cut me off by kissing me. Then, he dropped his pants and undid mine. He crawled on top of me and that’s when Lalee kicked the door open and came in the room. Jim got down and put his pants back on. Lalee jumped on him and started to beat him up. Then, she pushed him to the doorway where she thrust her shoulder into him and sent him flying into the wall opposite the classroom. She started to punch him again until Luke, Lyle, and Lance pulled her off. She calmed down a little and drove me here. I cried for about four hours and fell asleep.” Dawn explained, crying and shaking. I wrapped my arms around her and pulled her close as I glared at Jim.

The officers looked at Jim, then at me with wide eyes.
“That’s a lie!” Jim exclaimed jumping up and pointing at us.
“No it’s not! You’re just ashamed because that’s the second time I beat the living crap out of you!” I yelled at him.
“It is too a lie! She asked for it!” Jim yelled back, taking a step towards us. I slowly let go of Dawn, pushed her back as I got up, and stepped up to him.
“So, screaming for help and for you to stop is asking for it? You sick b*****d! How dare you call my sister a liar!” I screamed in his face before I jumped on him, sending us to the floor. I started to punch him as he brought his hands up to guard his face. After three punches, I felt someone pull me off and drag me away from Jim. They pulled me to my feet and stepped in front of me, wrapping their arms around me and blocking my view of the others. I heard the officers chuckle and clear their throats before I heard them fussing with the handcuffs.
“Looks like you’re going to jail, young man.” The older one said as the other started to read him his rights. I took a deep breath and let it out slowly.
“Alright, I’m calm now.” I said, as the officers lead Jim out of the house. The person holding me let go and stepped back, it was Luke. Dawn’s mother ran up to me and hugged me.
“Thank you, Lalee! Thank you so much for helping my little girl!” She cried, as she let go and backed up a step.
“Like I said, she’s my sister. I’ll do anything for her.” I replied, smiling. She nodded and went over to Dawn, who was holding herself and rocking back and forth.

After about thirty minutes, Dawn’s parents gave up trying to soothe her.
“If it’s ok with you guys, she can stay here tonight. It’ll be easier on her if she’s with a friend. She’ll be ok in a couple days, but it will take her a while to start trusting males again. Trust me, I know.” I said to her parents. They were sitting on the couch staring at Dawn and I was sitting next to her.
“How do you know?” Her father asked, raising an eyebrow at me, causing the three guys to look at me as well.
“Sorry, I can’t tell you.” I said, glancing at Luke, Lyle, and Lance.
“Oh. Yes, I guess it would be ok for her to stay here. Are they going to be here too?” Her father motioned to the three.
“I was hoping that they could stay, but if it makes you uncomfortable they won’t stay.”
“Can I trust them?”
“For sure. We’ve been best friends since fifth grade. They won’t do anything like that. Plus, I let them stay with me all the time. I promise they won’t do anything.” I smiled.
“Well, ok. Why do you need them to stay?”
“Well, it will help Dawn. Slowly, but surely.”
“Alright, well, we better get home. We’ll see you later.” Dawn’s father got up and helped his wife up.
“We love you Dawn, we’ll see you soon.” Her mother half said half cried. I got up and walked them to the door.

I walked back in the living room to see Dawn asleep, curled up into a ball. I walked over to her and carefully picked her up; bridal style. She was not that heavy, but I worked out, which made me strong. I quietly carried her to my room and set her on my bed. I covered her up before I walked out, silently closing the door behind me. I walked back to the living room. When I got there, Luke, Lyle, and Lance were all sitting on the couch, whispering about something.
“Are you guys going to stay or not?” I asked, grabbing their attention.
“Yeah, we’ll stay.” Lance replied, as I sat down on the love seat.
“How do you know what will happen and such?” Luke asked, staring at me.
“I don’t want to talk about it, I’ll tell you some other time.” I snapped, getting up and walking into the kitchen. They followed me and sat down at the island as I went to the fridge.

I shot up into a sitting position in a cold sweat, panting causing the dogs to perk up. I reached up and touched under my eyes, I was crying too. I sighed, looked at the clock to see it was two in the morning and got up, walking into the bathroom across the hall, leaving the dogs to go back to sleep. I had to sleep in one of the guest bedrooms since Dawn was in my room. I turned on the light in the bathroom and turned on the water, I splashed my face with cool water. I turned off the water and grabbed a towel, drying my face. I looked into the mirror to see my eyes were red and I had tearstains on my cheeks. My hair was still in the ponytail I put it in before going to sleep. I was wearing an old black T-shirt and black men’s sleep pants. I set the towel down before I turned off the light and walked to Luke’s room. I quietly opened the door and poked my head in, he was sound asleep in the full sized bed, the covers were covering his bare chest and sleep pants, but his feet were uncovered. He on his side facing the wall with the covers up to his shoulders. I stepped in and quietly closed the door behind me. I walked over to the bed and leaned over, gently shaking Luke.
“Luke, Luke, wake up!” I whispered, shaking him. He groaned and sat up, rubbing his eyes.
“What?” He asked sleepily. He looked at me with droopy eyes.
“Can I sleep with you, please?” I asked, standing up and looking at the floor.
“Sure, what’s wrong?” He asked, scooting over and lifting the covers up. I lay down next to him with his arm under my neck and he dropped the covers over me. I did not answer him as I turned my back to him and grabbed his arm; I wrapped it around my waist and closed my eyes. I felt him lay his head between my shoulder and my neck. We fell asleep a few minutes later.

I felt someone shaking me as I started to come back to the waking world. I groaned slightly and blinked my eyes open. It was still slightly dark, probably around five or six in the morning. I looked up to see Luke staring at me with concern in his eyes. I was on my back and he was on his elbow, shaking me with the other.
“Lee! Are you ok?” He asked worry clearly filling his voice.
“Yeah, why?” I asked, sitting up and rubbing my eyes, again I felt the tears on my cheeks.
“Well, you were tossing and turning. Then after a while, you started mumbling and then you were crying. What’s wrong?” He asked, sitting up as well.
“Nothing, I just had a bad dream. Sorry for bothering you, I’ll go back to my room.” I moved to get out of the bed, but Luke grabbed my waist and pulled me back.
“No, it’s ok. Stay here, I was just worried.” He whispered, as he pulled me down as he lay down. I nodded and turned so that I was facing his chest as he wrapped his arms around me, pushing my head under his chin. I had both my arms between us as we closed our eyes again sleep slowly taking over us.

I yawned as I started to wake up. After a minute or two, I opened my eyes to see the ceiling. I felt one of Luke’s legs over mine; one of his arms lying over my stomach, his other arm under my neck, and his head was in the crock on my neck. I had my arms resting on his arm across my stomach; I looked over at the clock on the wall. It was ten in the morning. I reached over and poked Luke in the arm.
“Luke, wake up! It’s time to get up.” I said, softly. He mumbled something and pulled me closer. “Come on, get up. I have to check on Dawn. It’s already ten.” I poked him again. Good thing it’s Saturday. I thought as I felt him reluctantly let go and turn over, facing the wall again. I sighed and got up, walking to the end of the bed.
“I hope you have pants on.” I joked as I grabbed the covers.
“Huh?” He asked, looking up at me. I smiled and pulled the covers off the bed, including him.
“I said ‘get up’.” I shrugged and dropped the covers on the floor.
“Lee!” He yelled as he jumped up, fully awake. I laughed and ran out of the room with him chasing me.
“Well, you should’ve gotten up, dork.” I called over my shoulder as I ran into my room and locked the door. I was glad that I was the fastest kid in school too. I quickly locked the other doors that lead out of my room and turned around to see Dawn sitting up in bed. I walked over and sat next to her.

Dawn looked at me and managed a small smile of gratitude.
“Thanks Lalee.” She whispered, holding back the tears that threatened to fall.
“No worries just think he didn’t get a chance to go all the way. It’s worse when they go all the way.” I said as I stood up and walked over to my closet.
“I guess, but you don’t what it feels like for them to just go half way. It’s not right.” She pulled her legs up to her chest and wrapped her arms around them as she sobbed into them. She was wearing an old pair of shorts and a T-shirt that I had. I sighed and walked back over to her, sitting down next to her.
“Actually, I know what it’s like for them to go all the way. Be thankful that he didn’t go all the way.” I patted her back softly. She gasped and looked up at me, with tears rolling down her cheek.
“You mean?” She asked in a hushed whisper.
“Yeah, freshmen year, spring break. The guys were out of town and busy. I met this one guy at the library. We became fast friends and then one day I invited him over. Next thing I know, he got me into my room and was forcing himself on me. He was sixteen and I was only fourteen.” I explained, staring at the wall.
“What happened to him?” Dawn let go of her legs and started to wipe her face as she looked at me.
“The next day I went to the police and he was arrested. About two weeks later, he was proved guilty and I haven’t seen him since. He is the only person that I fear. I heard that he got out on good behavior a few days ago, but I don’t know where he is. Luke, Lyle, and Lance don’t know about this. I’d rather not tell them, yet. No body knows about this please don’t say anything.” I looked at her with pleading eyes.
“I won’t, I’m sorry Lalee.” She nodded and hugged me. I smiled and hugged her back.
“It’s all in the past. Now, let’s find something for you to wear.” I got up and went back to the closet, but this time Dawn followed me.

About an hour later, Dawn and I walked into the kitchen to see the three guys sitting at the table eating breakfast that one of my chefs made, I suspect. Dawn was wearing some old clothes of mine, a black T-shirt and blue jeans. I was wearing a black tank top with black skinny jeans, my hair pulled into a high ponytail, and my usual make-up on. Luke was wearing a black T-shirt with black baggy jeans. Lance was wearing a black muscle shirt with black jeans. Lyle was wearing a black wife beater with black cargo pants.
“Hey guys, how’d you sleep?” I asked, walking over to the table and sat down, followed by Dawn.
“Good.” Lance said as he took another bite of his pancakes.
“Fine.” Lyle said around his bite of a spoonful of cereal.
“Great.” Luke said, winking at me as he took a bite of his burrito. I rolled my eyes as one of my butlers set a bowl of top ramen in front of me and a sandwich in front of Dawn.

Three weeks later, Luke, Lyle, Lance, and I were in the living room of my house, it was Thursday. Dawn was doing fine, and Jim got community service along with other restrictions. We have not really seen him around at school or anything. Luke and I were on the love seat; Lance and Lyle were on the couch. We were watching TV when the doorbell rang. We looked at each other for a moment before I got up and walked to the front door. I opened the door and got the shock of my life. My throat went dry and I took a step back, staring at the male in front of me. He was about three inches taller than I was, and very thin, with no muscles. He had short blonde hair and dull blue eyes. He was wearing a dark blue baggy T-shirt with dull blue jeans and white NIKE sneakers.
“Carl.” I whispered, slightly scared.
“Well, hello to you too, Lalee. How you been?” He asked, smirking as he took a step towards me.
“What are you doing here?” I asked, standing up straight and glaring at him.
“Aw, I just wanted to see how you’ve been since you sold me out and put me in juvenile.” He said, glaring back at me.
“Get off my property before I call the police again.” I stated, putting on my emotionless mask.
“No, you won’t. I’ve also come back to play. You look hotter than the last time I saw you.” He replied, walking up to me, which made me back up. I turned slightly, thinking the entrance to the living room was right there, but I was a foot short so I ended up backing into the wall a foot away from the living room. Carl walked up to me and pressed up against me as his hands moved to my sides. He leaned his head down to my neck and kissed it as I tried to move away.
“Stop it.” I said, trying to push him away.
“You know you like it.” He replied, moving up to nibble my ear.
“No! Get off me!” I yelled as I pushed with all my strength that he fell to the floor a couple feet in front of me. Luke, Lyle, and Lance ran into the hallway and looked from the both of us. I had my arms wrapped around myself as I slid down to the floor, with my knees bent. Carl was standing up and glaring daggers at me.
“Damn b***h!” Carl yelled, as he walked up to me.
“Hey man! What’s your problem?” Luke yelled, stepping in between Carl and me.
“Back off, this doesn’t concern you!” Carl said, pushing Luke to the side.
“Does too, she’s my girlfriend!” Luke sneered, stepping back in between us.
“Oh, so you’ve been two timing me have you?” Carl snarled looking at me behind Luke, then back at Luke. Lyle and Lance walked up and stood on either side of Luke, blocking Carl’s view of me.
“SHUT UP! SHUT UP!” I screamed, covering my ears with my hands, which caused the four of them to cover their ears.

I stood up and gently pushed Luke, Lyle, and Lance aside as I stepped up to Carl.
“Don’t tell me what to do, b***h.” He snapped before he slapped me.
“Get out! I never was dating you! Why did you come back? Are you still mad because I put you in juvenile? You deserved it! Get out of my house and my life! Leave!” I screamed in his face as I pushed him again.
“Fine, but I’ll be back!” He yelled before he left, slamming the door on the way out. I sank to my knees, wrapping my arms around myself as I started to rock back and forth, shaking my head with my eyes closed. I felt a pair of arms wrap around me and pull me sideways into their chest. I looked up to see Luke holding me as the other two stood behind him. After a couple minutes, I pushed Luke away and stood up as I let my arms drop to my sides. I walked to my room with the three silently following me.

I walked into my bedroom and into my bathroom, where I turned on the water and got a washcloth.
“Sick b*****d.” I muttered as I got the cloth wet and started to rub my neck and ear with it, trying to get the feeling of Carl’s mouth off me.
“Who was he, Lee? What did he do to you?” Luke asked quietly from the doorway as he stepped up next to me. I turned to look at him as I set the cloth down on the counter; Lance and Lyle were standing behind him.
“He raped me! That sick b*****d raped me when I was fourteen! That’s what he did!” I yelled at them as I slammed my fists down on the counter. Their eyes widened before they narrowed and they glared.
“When did that happen? Why didn’t you tell us?” Lance demanded, pushing Luke aside and into the door.
“Spring break, freshmen year, you guys were out of town and busy. I didn’t tell you because I was ashamed and I figured that if anyone knew then they wouldn’t want to touch me. They’d think that I was some disgusting creature not worth s**t.” I said, wrapping my arms around myself again and backing up a couple steps, shaking my head.
“Oh, Lee.” Luke said walking up to me and wrapping his arms around me. Slowly, I wrapped my arms around him and buried my head in his shoulder, taking a deep breath inhaling his scent.

An hour later found us back in the living room on the couch; I was in the middle between Luke and Lance with Lyle next to Lance.
“Is that why you weren’t sleeping well that one night?” Luke asked, looking down at me.
“Yeah, sometimes, I can’t sleep because I relive that one day. How it felt, how it happened, how I was so weak I couldn’t make him stop, and how I cried. It feels so real that I think it’s happening to me again.” I explained, looking at my lap.
“I wish you told us sooner.” Lance said, staring at the blank TV.
“Why? There’s nothing you could’ve done! He went to juvenile a couple weeks after that!” I yelled, jumping up and turning to face them.
“We could have been there for you. Helped you through it.” Lyle said, reaching out to grab my hand.
“No! No one could have helped me! No one understood what I was going through! I didn’t want anyone to know! Don’t you get it?” I screamed, tears rolling down my cheeks. Damn, I’m getting too emotional over this. I’m never this emotional, what’s wrong with me? I thought as I walked around the couch and towards my room.

I slammed the door of my room and walked into the closet. I grabbed my daisy dukes and white tank top, throwing them on quickly. I grabbed a hair tie and put my hair up in a high ponytail as I went into the bathroom. I washed my face before I walked over to my window seat, grabbing a blanket on my way. I sat down with my back against the wall, pulling my knees up; I covered up with the blanket and looked out the window. Silently wishing Luke would come up and just sit with me. My wish was answered when Luke walked in, silently closing the door behind him, and walked over to me.
“Mind if I sit with you?” He asked, motioning towards the seat.
“Only if you don’t talk.” I replied, scooting closer to the window. The window seat was wide enough for two people to sit side by side.
“Deal.” Luke said, lifting up the blanket and sliding in next to me. He covered himself up as I leaned forward a little for him to slide his arm around my shoulders and pull me closer to him. I laid my head on his shoulder as he wrapped his other arm around my front. He rested his cheek on the top of my head as we looked straight ahead at the wall in front of us.

After a while I took a deep breath and let it out slowly.
“So, you don’t think I’m some disgusting creature that you don’t want to touch?” I asked, closing my eyes for a brief moment.
“Would I be here if I did?” Luke replied, squeezing me softly.
“I’m sorry I never told you.”
“It’s understandable.”
“I want to tell you what happened, but you can’t tell anyone else.”
“Lee, we don’t have too.”
“I want to; I need to tell someone other than the police and judge.”
“Alright, if you want too.”
“I met Carl the day after you guys left. I went to the library to try to get my mind off being alone for a week. I was sitting down and reading a book when he came up to me. He was sixteen and I was fourteen. We got to talking; we had lots of stuff in common. We started to hang out everyday after that. Then, the last day of spring break, I invited him over to watch movies or something. He accidentally spilt some soda on my shirt so I came up to change, when I came out of my closet he was sitting on my bed. I walked over to the door, but he grabbed my arm and pulled me onto the bed. He-he started to strip and then he stripped me. He held my arms above my head and every time I’d scream he’d slap me. Finally, I got so tired I stopped and just cried as he did it. After he left, I curled up in a ball and cried myself senseless. The next day, I went to the police and he was arrested. He was proved guilty a couple weeks later and sent to juvenile.” I had tears rolling down my face by the time I finished.
“Man, Lee, I don’t know what to say. That’s not right.” Luke pulled me closer as I silently cried.

I slammed my fist into the wall of my room, near my bed. Luke had gone to the bathroom and I had to get up to stretch. We were sitting on the window seat for about an hour and a half, with me crying most of the time. I punched the wall again. I pulled my fist back and rubbed my knuckles, which were red and bleeding. I shook my head as I walked out of my room and into one of the spare bathrooms a couple rooms down. I shuffled through the cabinets and pulled out some gauze. I tried wrapping my knuckles, but I could not get it right.
“s**t.” I cursed under my breath as I dropped the gauze and slammed my already abused fist into the counter. I sighed and closed my eyes, trying to calm down a little. I was so upset from being so weak and crying in front of Luke. I was always known for being the unbreakable, untouchable, unemotional one in our group, but I totally crushed that today. Suddenly, my hand was lifted and I felt someone wrapping my hand. My eyes snapped open and I looked at who was wrapping my hand, only to find Luke.
“What are you doing? What’s wrong with you?” Luke asked worry lacing his voice.
“I don’t need your help!” I snapped, pulling my hand out of his grasp. He sighed and let his hands drop to his sides as he looked at me.
“You’re upset, why? There’s nothing to be upset about.” Luke replied, reaching for my hand again, this time I let him grab it and finish dressing it.
“There is too. My whole reputation down the drain in just a few hours. I’m a weak piece of s**t.” I stated, turning my head away from him to look at the wall.
“You are not! You’re Lalee, strong, untouchable, unemotional, unbreakable, and a total bad a**. Your rep hasn’t gone anywhere. We’re your best friends, we’re supposed to know what’s under the surface and see your vulnerable side. There’s nothing to be upset about.” Luke finished my hand and grasped my chin, turning my head to look at him. He smiled and pressed his lips to mine in a sweet chaste kiss.

The next day, Friday, I walked into cafeteria and to the table in the back. Luke, Lyle, and Lance were already sitting down, waiting for me. I was wearing a black T-shirt, black baggy cargo pants, black combat boots, black watch, usual make-up, and my hair was in a high ponytail. Luke was wearing a black T-shirt with black jeans and his black sneakers. Lyle was wearing a black button up short-sleeved shirt with black jeans and tan worker boots. Lance was wearing a black muscle shirt with black baggy jeans and black skater shoes, with his hair spiked. I plopped down in the chair next to Luke and dropped my bag next to my feet.
“School bites.” I stated, laying my forehead on the table.
“Yeah, but at least we’re smart.” Lyle said, smirking.
“True.” The three of us agreed.
“How are you today, Lee?” Lance asked, dropping his voice to a whisper as he leaned closer slightly. I raised my head and looked at him with a raised eyebrow.
“Horrible.” I said sarcastically, rolling my eyes.
“Sorry, I was just wondering.” Lance replied, leaning back in his chair.
“I know I’m just a little irritated.” I shrugged and lifted my gauze wrapped hand to show the other two.
“Whoa, what’d you do?” Lyle asked, eyeing my hand curiously.
“She punched the wall twice, then the bathroom counter.” Luke replied, as if it was nothing.
“Oh, ok.” Lance and Lyle said together. Suddenly, Luke stiffened and glared at the doors that lead to the parking lot. Lyle, Lance, and I followed his gaze. My eyes widened a fraction as I gulped slightly. Lyle and Lance gasped as their eyes widened, then hardened. At the door was Carl, searching the cafeteria for me.

Come on Lalee, it’s ok. You can do this. You gotta do it sooner or later. Sooner is probably better. If anything happens, you have the guys. You’re fine. I thought to myself as Carl spotted me and started walking our way. The guys made to get up, but I shook my head and pointed for them to stay seated. Carl stopped across the table from me and glared.
“I told you I’d be back.” He stated coldly.
“I wouldn’t have expected no less.” I replied coolly, keeping my face emotionless.
“I’ve come to play.” He said, with a smirk.
“Too bad because I’m not in the mood to play. Especially with you. So, leave.” I responded, keeping my voice and face emotionless.
“I’m not leaving without you. Let’s go.” He stated, walking around the table. He grabbed my bag and my upper arm, pulling me up. Luke jumped up, ready to beat Carl to a bloody pulp, but I patted his shoulder telling him to sit back down, he did just that.
“Let me guess, you still think I’m that weak little nothing that you can control.” I said, jerking my arm free of his grasp. He turned to me and dropped my bag on the table.
“Of course you are. You could never be anything more. You’re still the stupid little girl that looked to a complete stranger to help ease your loneliness.” Carl reached for my arm again, but I stepped back with a smirk.
“Well, then you got another thing coming.” I watched his face scrunch up in confusion.
“What the hell are you talking about?” He glared at me, confusion clearly shining in his eyes.
“Let’s see how well you think you know me now.” I looked around the cafeteria and spotted the perfect senior. I pointed to him and waved him over. He slowly got up and made his way over to me, scared to death. He was a football player and an inch taller than I was. He stopped about ten feet away from me.
“What are you doing?” Carl looked from the both of us.
“You, what’s your name?” I pointed to the football player.
“M-my name is B-Bill.” He stuttered as he gulped nervously.
“Bill, a nice strong name, tell Carl here who I am. Don’t be afraid, I won’t do anything.” I motioned to Carl with my head as I looked at Bill.
“Ok, and thanks. Well, Lee is one of the most feared kids here at school. Has been since freshman. Her and her gang are the bad asses of the school. The coolest kids to walk the halls of HP Pacific High. If you mess with one of them, you mess with all of them. Trust me, that’s the worst thing you could ever do. If you mess with her friends, then you get your a** kicked. Take Jim for example, he kept messing with her and he almost went to jail. She beat him up twice and she beat up Jewel twice. She’s the third toughest, but she’s still really tough. Dude, if you know what’s good for you, you won’t mess with her.” Bill explained, glancing nervously at me.
“Why thank you Bill. Anyone else agree with Bill?” All of the hands in the now silent cafeteria shot up in the air. I smirked and looked back at Carl.
