Sin City: The breeding place for demons. A grimace graced her near expressionless face. Her pupil-less white eyes followed a dark figure moving through a crowd of tourists. The sun was sinking behind the mountains, casting an almost heavenly glow on the Wynn. Standing, the white blade given to Cassiel by the Archangel Michael glowed in the new moonlight. The dark figure, a demon, was now fully visible. He towered over civilians at 10 feet tall and his massive, muscular body was inked with red tattoos. His eyes were a sickly clouded yellow, no pupil, no iris. To the humans, he appeared as nothing more than a man dressed in black. A sound of disgust left Cassiel’s pale lips as she extended her ivory wings. In a graceful swirl of silk and feathers, the angel dove from atop the Luxor pyramid, engaging in the never ending battle between God’s angels and Satan’s demons.
