Villain Name: Number 13
Reason behind the Name:
It all started when she was a little girl, her family had always been working for a group of Assassins called The Crazy 88. They killed for the government since 1867, but when President Woodrow Wilson in 1915 fired all of my ancestors. They fought back. Ever since the FBI, CSI, anyone with some kind of authority track us down. Killing us, one by one.
At the age of 3, Connie had no idea that she would be sent to a camp where the family could be safe and train to kill anyone in their path. But at the age of 16, while she was outside dodging mines, the FBI found the camp and killed all her family.
Now at the age of 23, Number 13 roams the streets looking for the men who killed her family doing the thing that was born in her.
