I'm going to be hosting for two japanese exchange students. This will be their first trip to america and they will be staying for a week. Their coming next friday. This will also be my first time hosting for an exchange student. They speak little to no english and i speak little to no japanese. Theyre both 14 and i guess their friends because one requested to be doubled placed with the other. They like tennis and music. I'm not quite sure what to do while their here. I plan on taking them to the beach and if they would like i could take them to see a movie. W'll go to the mall to shop and to a nearby city thats full of tourist shops and things like that i think they would enjoy. My family is going to get together and we are going to treat them to an all american bbq. I hope they have fun. I'm very nervus because like i said this will be my first time inviting someone from another country into my home. Oh ya and its not just me i have 2 roomates. For gifts i got them cowboy hats magnetic bracelets and 40 dollar gift cards to anchor blue. I hope they like them. Anyway if anyone who reads this has any advice please feel free to post. I would be really greatful.
I'll be posting more entries throughout their stay to let whoever is interested how everything is going
