Shrew-world!
The Shrew as a Villian- the beginning
The rain was pounding hard, so hard that the world seemed drenched in a torent of tears. Fear pulsed through the people, fear felt and fear unseen. It was that fear that fed her, the woman who walked these lonely streets. Their sorrow fueled her fire, the aching burning deep down inside. She needed it, she starved for it. It was a craving that was unquenchable, a thrist that drove her to the brink and kept her alive.

Insanity dripped from her, like the rain that now danced down darkened windowpanes and poured out of gutters. Her eyes moved over every inch of this city, this city that never slept, and constantly kept her from doing the same.

Tamora Kay had once been a sane woman, a woman with an extradinary gift. She could sense emotions of others, from the most sane to the more insane. She tried to block them, tried her hardest to keep them out, but eventually the chaos of human nature over took her, and the product was frightening. At first it was a subtle change, nothing the eye could see, it ate away at her insides, tore away the shields and the human-nature to live and forget. Eventually, she was but a lovely outer shell, with nothing inside, nothing but the constant echo and the other voices. So many voices. Locked away, not only in her own mind, Tamora felt safe, until the day she met him.

The warrior stood, black masked and frightening. Like death in a robe of darkness. He watched her, and listened to her crying dreams. He never calmed her with his presense.. in fact he still made her tremble at first glance. However, he knew what she was and what she could becoming, with his guiding hand. From the day he opened her up she was different, The Death Eater, the cursed one no more. Tamora was lost, and in her place, stood, Echo. A woman reborn.

Darkness shadowed the six foot tall female from view of passersby. Darkness was her home, yet there was something alluring about the light, for it was where they lived, the ones she hunted, the ones she hungered for. Her blue-green eyes watched them, deeply hooded with sexual lust. It was that time of night once again, a time where no reason could stop her from her next victim. When she first started, she left it to the homeless and prostitutes, humans no one cared for or missed. However, the thirst began increasing and the hunger persistant, it needed raw emotion, true emotion, not just a cheap trick. Echo waited, before the mark appeared before her. He was a beautiful being, with his trench buttoned tight under his chin. Black hair fell down into half closed eyes, as he protected himself from the downpour of rain. He rushed on, not feeling her behind him, not knowing she had glimpsed upon his thoughts, and saw the dream that lived there. He was like most mean, craving attention, craving affection that wasn't longterm. She would give him attention. She would feed his need and he, oh yes, he would feed her's. She stepped along slowly in his wake, her leather boots hitting pavement with a slow and steady beat. Her coat hung to her ankles, and sounded of wings wet on the wind. Her hair plastered against her forehead, where the bangs remained short, falling to her shoulders around her hawkish face, it twirled in rivlets, a messy stringy way to curl. It was black, black like her soul and his hair, and she craved from him to grab it, and twist it as he begged her for more, till he begged her to stop.

She paused for a moment as he moved into the bar, the smell of beer and cigarettes hit her like perfume, and she moved inside after him. She watched, as she always did, while her hair dried and he made his way to the bar, ordering a drink and looking around with dark-demon eyes. He knew nothing, suspected nothing, and her raw sexuality lured him in as it always did. Their eyes met, and she parted her rose red lips, a seduction method she had never lost. His eyes became hooded as he saw her invitation. A moment of pure ecstasy, was it worth it, boy, for in my embrace, it will be your last? She thought, as she glanced once more over her shoulder, and then left via the back alley exit, placing her long body against a wall, and lifting a leg on a discarded box. There was no denying it. She was beautiful, sexy, alluring. Her legs long, muscular, and clad in thigh high boots, that barely touched the skirt she wore. He couldn't deny it, and when he came out into the soft light of the single street lamp, he saw what he wanted, waiting for him there.

There was no thinking as he ran at her, and she cared not that the only sound beside the rain was his heavy breathing and the rain. He pounded her into the wall with determination, making her cry out with a passion since held in. He drained all his energy in this moment. Holding nothing back, and it was her moment now. Shoving him to the ground, she straddled him, her hands on the wet ground above his head. He cried with his pleasure as she moved above him, closing her eyes just for a moment. Slowly her fingers trailed the side of his face, dancing over his lips, tracing the lines. She covered his eyes with her hands, squezzing her thighs together as she felt him begin the climax. Now! She thought, as her eyes opened, a screaming blue light flashed, as her fingers pressed in his eyes and she filled her self with his emotions. Mine! She said greedily, as she devoured the light that flooded out of him, he had no chance to scream, but his soul did as it entered her body, draining the last bit of life from him.

She licked her fingers softly as she stood, stretching and yawning like a well fed cat. Echo smiled to herself. That was more then I thought, humans, they never held much, but this one.... She glanced down at the eyeless corpse, barely recognizable, with no hydration left to his skin. Straightening her skirt she left once more, back into the darkness... back into the city, well fed. At least for now.
