Hypnotic Beach Scene...
While my last journal entry was successful, I decided to make yet another, more detailed one to give those that want a good taste for trance a go. This entry will feature a visual you will create in your mind and take you to a really, deep state of hypnosis. Don't worry, it's easy, just read what is being said and follow the story along. Enjoy!

Just take a moment now to get comfortable in the chair your in. Make sure that your feet are flat on the floor and that your hands are either resting peacefully on the desk, in your lap, or wherever you find them to be most comfortable. Once you assume a comfortable position, just sit back and prepare.

Clear your mind of all thoughts not needed at this time. Allow yourself to take some deep breathes, in and out to relax your body. Let each breath that you take relax you more and more, so deeply.
Breathe for me now, in...
And gently...let it out...
Once more, in...
and Gently let it out...

Very good. Your doing very well. Continue to follow along, just focusing on my words, letting each one that you read take you deeper and deeper. Following each one so gently and easily, as if floating down the river. Simply take your time reading, there is no need to rush, all you need to do is relax.

Continue to take deep breathes for me as you read on, as deep as you wish to be comfortable. Your breathing might be just normal, or perhaps a little deeper. Whichever you prefer, just continue to breathe so easily and gently for me. Very good.

Now then, as you focus, I'd like you to picture, in your mind, yourself on top of a stair well. Below you are ten steps covered in the carpet of any color that you desire. You know in your mind that each step that you take will relax you so deeply, taking you down to a deep state of trance. From 10 to 1, you will descend down these stairs until you reach the last one and fall deeply into a trance. If your ready to take these steps, simply read on, otherwise, you may prepare yourself however you wish before going. Do this now, or read on.

Very good. Once you are prepared, let the you in your mind start the climb down the stairs.

10... Taking that first step. You can feel your body already relaxing. The carpet under your feet so smooth and gentle. It only helps you to relax as the gravity seems to only pull your stress and tension out of your body, but has little pull on you...

9... You take another step and can feel the relaxation building more and more. Your mind and body just so easily relax, let go of all tension and ease down, drifting down to a nice, relaxing state...

8... Going down, more and more. Feeling your body truely relaxing now. Your feet seeming to take a new sensation from the carpet your walking on. You can feel this relaxing wave traveling up your body as you descend down the stairs, starting at your feet and swirling up gently to your ankles...

7... Very good, doing so well. That relaxing wave travels up your already relaxed calves, relaxing them even more, in a way that doesn't even seem possible, yet you know that it is...

6... This step relaxes you even more deeply, the sensation flowing up to your knees now, taking all stress and tension from the day. It simply drains out all stress and allows your legs, knees down to simply relax...

5... You take yet another step and can feel that sensation swirling up your legs once more, to your thighs, relaxing them deeply. You can feel your legs now, perhaps a little numb from the relaxation. This feeling is ok though if your experiencing it because it simply means that your very relaxed...

4... Still sinking down, floating down the stairs, as the relaxation swirls up to your tummy now. Feel your stomache just easing all the tension out of it, any nervousness you might have. Getting rid of all stress and anxiety...

3... This step you take seems so light now. As you focus, you can feel the swirling relaxation moving up to your neck, easing all of your body into a nice, deep state of relaxation. Your doing so well, let the relaxation just swirl and ease out all stress and tension...

2... Feel the relaxation swirling down your arms now. Moving so gently and easily down your arms, to your elbows, and on to your wrists. That feeling extending more and more to the palms of your hands, and further down to the tips of your fingers.

1... Your almost there, just one step and yet, this step takes that swirling relaxation all the way up to the top of your head. You can feel the relaxation swirling all around your body, your mind and body so light and fluffy like a cloud. Your already so relaxed, but know that this next step you take sends you down all the way. All the way to a nice relaxing trance. Don't force the relaxation, simply let it flow...

And finally...0... Very good... Feel yourself sinking down all the way, all the way down. Your body is so relaxed and your mind is so at ease. Every ounce of tension or stress no longer exsists in your body. All your body feels is deep relaxation and wonderful, serene peace.

Doing so very well. Now in a moment, I'm going to further enhance your relaxation. I'm going to give you a chance to experience a visual in your trance to relax you deeper. Should you not wish to pursue towards the deeper state of relaxation, simply close your eyes and bask in your relaxed state for as long as you desire. Tell yourself when your ready to awaken that your going to count up from one to three and when you reach 3, you will be wide awake, each number waking you more and more.

If you wish to take that course in your trance, feel free to do so now... Otherwise, simply read on and enjoy deeper relaxation.

Very good, just focus here on my words, letting them take you deeper and deeper. Each word that you read, takes you down deeper and deeper. It's so relaxing to just sit there and watch my words, reading along with them as if reading a story.

I'd like you to picture in your mind now that you are on a tropical beach. Picture in your head the gorgeous sunset, the beautiful purples and pinks of the sunset. See where the sunset meets the beautiful dark blue ocean and where the ocean flows to the golden sands of the beaches.

Picture yourself just standing on this beach, dressed in your favorite, most relaxing attire. As you take a deep breath in, you can smell the scent of the wonderful, ocean air. It's so thrilling and unlike anything else you've ever smelt before. Very good.

You can hear the sound of the wind blowing against the palm trees, like a flute playing lightly in the air. You can hear the sounds of the waves, gently crashing against the shore and even the sea gulls squaking in the distance making for such a lovely sound.

Simply walk along the beach, each step you take relaxing you so deeply. You walk along the shoreline, feeling the cool water gently flowing on the beach, swirling around your feet and ankles and gently retracting to the sea. The waves feel so wonderful and refreshing to the warm air against your face. It's just so peaceful here, so relaxing.

Just walk along and watch as the sunset begins to set over the horizon. You know that somehow, that when the sunsets, something wonderful will happen. When the sun sets over the horizon, you know that your body will relax twice as deeply, even more just by the sun simply fading away.

Just walk along the shore and watch as the golden orb begins to fade over the horizon. Watch it as it's orb is halfway descended, looking like half of a sphere to the west. All ready, you can feel the relaxation building and setting in so wonderfully and genty. You love this feeling though and can't wait for more.

You continue to watch, your steps in the sand seeming timeless, effortless. As if your walking on air, or even walking at all. Your eyes just can't seem to leave that sun as it sets even more, three forths of the way gone. Only a small portion of the sun is left, but you can already feel it's wonderful affects on your body.

Watch now as the sun simply falls over the horizon and stars begin to replace where it once stood. Right now, you feel the sudden, wonderful relaxation building in your body. Feeling the warmth, the peace, and the ease just flow now. Very good, your doing so well.

The feelings become so strong that you find yourself needing to take a seat. It's perfectly ok to do so, so you simply take a rest on the sandy shore, reclining out and letting the relaxation only build more and more.

You can see and feel that your body is very, very relaxed. From this point on, you may either close your eyes and enjoy this feeling for as long as you desire, or continue to read and wake up. If you wish to savor the trance for a while longer, close your eyes now and read on when your ready to wake.

Very good. You have done so well and your body is so relaxed. Simply follow along now as it is time to wake. I'm going to count up from 1 to 3 and with each number, you will wake more and more until your finally free of the trance. When you wake up, you will be totally relaxed and refreshed and have a complete memory of what happened.

Now then...
1...Waking up, slowly rising up from the trance...
2... Doing so well, just reading along as you wake more and more. Your body and mind returning to their normal state.
3... Wake now, totally refreashed and wide awake...

    dude, this was even better than your last entry! i feel sooo relaxed in a trance, thats where i spend most of my time now that i need to keep most of my life a secret, thanks, you should teach me how to make things like these and if you can possibly self hypnosis
