This is just to remind myself that before Christmas I had reached my desired weight and that I should endeavor to reach it again after the food disturbance created by Christmas.
I dieted from April to August and lost around 8kg, so around 1lb a week. I did this via a 1400 calorie diet most days and a occasional larger meal, no more than 1 per week.
A typical day would look like this:
Cereal and milk - 200 cal
Banana - 100 cal
Sandwich with cheese - 400 cal
Apple - 50 cal
Tea with milk and sugar - 50 cal
Low fat yoghurt - 100 cal
Dinner (lots of vegetables!) - 400 cal
Snack/sweet - 100 cal
It is reasonable, it keeps me non-hungry, it is healthy and it works!
So after the holidays, I will be expecting a strict adherence to this scream
