The font going down the middle says "We'll never stop screaming"
the squiggly font says "We're going back to the roots"
notice- B for Bill and same lettering as his forearm tattoo.
YES its Bill and YES it was comfirmed.It's been leaked. Tattoo parlors always put there work on there websites and up in the shop (most of them)
Im guessing some fan found it on the tattoo website he got it done and posted it its actually everywhere online.
(T-H cult live journal has it too and all about the fan party videos and pictures of the fan party and everything join the community if you want to see a bunch of pictures never seen before)

You can so tell its Bill to, He is a skinny as a stick, And you can see his nails, and His hair a little bit too.
