"so... where to begin?"
that was his question... the great MATTierial... hero of our time, the man to whom we all beheld as some deliverer from evil, with a heart as pure as the garments that graced his form; as he scratched his chin... staring at nothing, and everything, at the same time.

"...um...," i stuttered... words were hard to form when in his presence, "how about... how about where it all began?"

His gaze slowly fixed itself upon me... his fierce gaze... the gaze that alone severed the souls of many who had opposed him. I shrank.

"Where it all began," he finally answered, turning again his gaze to its quasi-omnipotent form. "I think that is where I will begin."
