Clothed, I'd just shrug it's pretty normal for me to be sharing a bed with a friend. My thoughts: " Meh, I wonder what time it is. "
Not clothed, I'd probably faint right there, either that or just walk to the bathroom and in a trance and have a shower. Oh, and my thoughts would probably be: " Holy bejeezus! "
