A look at life from the view of a semi literate highly philosophical troubled teenage guy
here is where ive finally decided to write out all of those interesting little topics in life that people my age deal with and go through, not just what they are but what my whole view is on them and the general outlook on them.
ok so yesterday i was walking through the mall, same old same, and out of nowhere i had some little girl walk up to me couldnt have been more than 5 years old and she says " are you a goth?". So i sat down on a bench and explained to her ( as best you can to a 5 year old) how that it was rude to do somthing like that. But this shocked me. A 5 year old asking some random stranger if they were "goth". WHAT THE HELL IS THIS WORLD COMING TO!?!?!?!? So today i decided to adress the huge subject of stereotypes.

First let us look, what is a stereotype. a stereotype is a label that people put on others to help group them by interests dress or other traits. So here we have man, he is his own individual and different from those around him. but difference creates conflict. As a general rule man does not like conflict. so he connects with people who arent different from him or at least have many of the same traits. so by hanging out with people of strictly his own mind set and habits he avoids conflict, by avoiding conflict he tries to hide the fact that he is different therefore demoting his own individualism. Now i know what your thinking, WHAT THE HELL DOES THIS HAVE TO DO WITH STEREOTYPES??????, work with me im getting there. so therefore by demoting his own individualism he fits in and demotes conflict. But then theres the people who dont act dress or have the same habits he does. These people are being themselves individuals at their finest but they are different. Man does not like this, these people flaunt their individualism without any consequences whatsoever. This pisses man off, why because as i said difference creates conflict, his individualism is suppressed and man conforms with the group of his choice, but these others do not conform with his group therefore he see's this as unfair because these people do not suppress there individualism. so he gets angry at them and finds ways to pick on said individuals......but theres a problem.....theres like 30 of em. How does man deal with this? simple he blinds himself to their individual quirks and groups them by one simple factor : dress and fashion. Now he's mad so he tries to incite tohers of his group to get angry about said individuals and do somthing about it. in essence he tries to prod these individuals into conforming to his mind set actions dress and other habits. By doing this he tries to make others like him in his own image. so by trying to make others in his own image he seeks to play what???? DING DING DING MAN IS TRYING TO PLAY GOD!!!!!!! by stereotyping these people getting mad and trying to change them through acts of violence and other things he tries to make people after his own image just as god made man in his own image. so final analysis what the point? by trying to stereotype people deep down are really trying to play god with others. My final thought???? WELL DAMN GOD GOT THE HARDEST FRIGGIN JOB IN THE WORLD LOOKING AFTER A PLANET FULL OF MURDERERS RAPISTS AND THIEVES WHY IN THE HELL WOULD I WANNA DO THAT FOR A LIVING SCREW STEREOTYPES IF YOUR DIFFERENT FROM ME COOL DUDE LETS HANG, IF YOU DONT LIKE ME BEING DIFFERENT FROM YOU THEN HAVE A COKE A SMILE AND SHUT THE HELL UP.

id be more than happy to listen to your opinions on this subject as im sure everyone has been stereotyped at least once in their life.
