I miss you, it's way too much to bare.
When I see your picture, I can't help but stop and stare.
I wish you were here with me, where you belong,
but you aren't, so I keep listening to our favorite song.

It's as if my heart has stopped beating,
and everyone has stopped listening.
Like I'm not myself anymore.
My heart is so sore.

I would tell you to come fix my heart,
but then I remember that we split apart.
I start to think of the memeries we shared,
and all the times you seemed to care.

Obviously, it all meant something different to me,
like giving you my heart just wasn't the key,
to open the doors to your love,
no one was looking out for me up above.

I just have to pick up and move on,
but it's all easier said than done.
But, I'll get through it someday,
wether or not I have a say.
