Nova's Journey.
Mainly rp related stuff.
Jay Allen Rewrite (Damn. i need a title)

Background
In a world ravaged upon by war, the gods smile with a new hope. They passed on the ability to manipulate the elements to children who would soon grow up and hopefully cease this war. In preparation to train them, a school was set up. It is up to each and every elemental if they are going to attend this school, or lead their own adventure separate from that of school students. The question is though; will this really bring peace to the world? Or will it allow the war to escalate to a previously non-comprehendible level? This is the tale of many individuals, their paths may intertwine, or they may not.
The story begins as these gifted children reach late adolescence and they truly awaken to the world….

New Friendships
A young 17 year old male student, Nikui walked down the wooden halls of the school He heard only the pitter-patter of his feet hitting the ground as he began to search the school for his dorm, Dorm C. His stomach growled loudly as he continued through the halls, carrying nothing but a small bag. Over and over the thought, “I NEED food” rang in his head.
At the same time, Cayite, another 17 year old student had been wandering around. She too was looking for her dorm in this school. “Hm…where is my room?” She asked herself out loud not realizing Nikui was close to her. After a few minutes of wandering, the two finally spotted each other. Cayite called out for his attention, hoping that he might be able to help her,
“Um…Excuse me!” Her effort was in vain, Nikui had continued on past her without notice. Once again she opened her mouth in attempt to gather his attention,
“Hey!” She called out she was following him.
This grabbed Nikui’s attention, as such he turned around and as he uttered out “Hey!” a wide smile was painted on his face, revealing what seemed to be sharp canine teeth. With hopeful curiosity in his tone, he inquired, “Are you lost too? “
With a grin and a sense of relief she answered him, “So I’m not the only one. Thank god, but seriously this place is so big…anyway, what’s your name?” As he scanned the area, to double check his dorm wasn’t around he answered her, “My name is Nikui, what about you? What’s your name?”
Remembering her manners, Cayite answered back quickly, “Where are my manners? My name is Cayite. Um…I was wondering, do you know where the dorms might be?” Nikui shrugged his shoulders, but added a suggestion “I hear some people down the hall, lets go see if the dorms aren’t over there. “
Meanwhile, Sicarda, age 17, was sitting in his dorm. Utter boredom had filled him as he lied on his bed. Hearing the sounds of walking and the soft mumble of voices he decided to try to escape this boredom and find someone to interact with.
As he stepped outside of his dorm, he noticed that Nikui had his claws stuck in the wooden floor. As he struggled the boards were being ripped up from the foundation. “Ah! Damn I’m stuck!! He heard Nikui call out. Seeing as no one else was around, Sicarda decided to help, or at least try to. “You try to stand up, and I’ll try to yank you out?” As Sicarda approached Nikui, to pull him out, Nikui let out a cry, “No! I don’t want to be manhandled! No! No! NO!”
With the final “no” he pulled up a single board of flooring that slid off his nails, and hit him in the head. He let out a small grunt. Cayite had reappeared, and noticed the newcomer, Sicarda. Turning to him, she introduced herself, “Hello, my name is Cayite, what’s yours?”
Sicarda was spacing out. Turning to Nikui, he introduced himself Hello, I am Sicarda, what’s your name? He then noticed Cayite, and asked, what’s your name? Not bothering to repeat his, he was sure Cayite had heard.
He’s really is spaced out… Cayite thought to herself as she repeated her introduction, but slower this time. “My name is Cayite.”
As the greetings proceeded, Nikui’s eyes widened with relief – he found his dorm! Quickly he grabbed the keys and began to jingle them into the keyhole and turned it to open the door. Oddly though, the door wouldn’t open. For confirmation, Nikui looked at his paper then the door. He realized something; he had the right number, but the wrong dorm. “I’m in the wrong dorm, I’m going to find my dorm. See’ya guys around though.” Nikui ran off, wobbling a little bit.
After Nikui left, Cayite turned to Sicarda and asked, “So, have you found your dorm yet?”
Sicarda was focused, and no longer spaced out. Returning his gaze, from the wobbling and running Nikui, back to Cayite he answered, “Ya, but no one was in there and I heard some noise outside. So I thought I would come to check it out. Suddenly, with what seemed to be incredible speed, matching that of teleportation, Nikui appeared next to Sicarda.
Excitement and glee ever so apparent in his voice, he exclaimed, with a giant grin on his face, “I found FOOD! Actually food!!!”
Sicarda began to grin as well. Cayite and Sicarda followed Nikui back to his dorm, where they found an unusually large amount of food stocked in his room. Sicarda and Nikui looked to each other, nodded and began to chow down the enormous amount of food while Cayite stood back and laughed a little, Boys are such slobs… she noted to herself. Cayite looked at the two boys and said, “Uh…I’m going to go explore the rest of this place. You two are welcome to come, if you’re done. If not, I’ll see you around later. She began to head towards the door.
At the same time, Nikui and Sicarda both dropped their food and caught up with her. “We’re coming too!!” They said in unison.
Cayite grinned slightly. The three of them continued walking down the hallways, with what seemed to be absolute silence until Sicarda heard something. Intrigued by what the noise was, he looked toward the source of the sound. Peering through the thin glass window, he saw them. The rest of the students, he had wondered why the school was so empty. Turning his head away from the window and at the other two he explained, “Everyone is showing off their elemental abilities outside. You guys wanna go out there?” Sicarda asked. Cayite and Nikui shook their heads in agreement. Nikui once again vanished with pure speed, and grabbed Sicarda and Cayite. Within a mille-second they were on the field that they had been watching. Nikui seemed rather drained from such an exertion of energy.
The group discussed what they should do, and they came to the decision that no one really wanted to duel at this moment in time, but maybe later. “Well, where ever you guys want to go, I can teleport you there” offered nikui, seeming very drained of energy.
“You seem a little, too tired to do that right now. Besides, we can both walk” protested Cayite. “Yea, we can all walk. Anyway, would you guys mind going to my dorm?” Sicarda finished; “I saw it just before we came down here.” Nikui was about to speak up once again, but he stumbled to the floor… Looking at the two he explained “I guess I really am tired.” He laughed softly. Cayite and Sicarda lifted him off the ground and gingerly carried him back to his dorm and laid him on his bed. “I’m going to take a nap, im tired as well.” Explained Sicarda to Cayite, as he was walking away she added, “Me too.” The two headed their separate ways, and both drifted into sleep. Nikui mumbled a few names as he finally drifted into sleep.
A few hours later Sicarda once again wakes up, and decides to head towards Nikui’s room. On the way, he looks out the window and notices it was a starry, calm and cool night. There weren’t very many clouds, and it wasn’t too cold it was just…nice. He pushed the door gently, and it creaked open enough for him to enter. To his surprise, Nikui was just waking up as well. “Is it alright if you demonstrate your powers now? I’ve been curious ever since you first mentioned them and everyone else is asleep.” Nikui sighed, and seemed to debate it for a little while “Alright…I guess.” The two boys began to head towards the training grounds.
The pitter-patter of feet echoed through the halls as the boys exchanged words, “So, what element are you, anyway?” Sicarda asked curiously, but before Nikui had the change to answer Sicarda proudly stated “I am light” he extended his arm and a small orb of light materialized. He put his arm down, and a crackling noise was heard as the light vanished. “I’m Dark, which means my powers have the edge right now. You’ll understand better in a little but, come on!” Nikui ran off, with a new found enthusiasm. It seemed that he was actually hyped up for training, something that rarely happened considering the risks. The two boys noticed a young female shooting arrows of condensed dark energy at a tree for training. She seemed to be their age as well. (remember, they are 17) Nikui introduced himself to her first, “Hi…I’m Nikui, we didn’t expect to see anyone out here yet..” Sikune obviously hadn’t expected any other people as well because she jumped from fright, and shot an arrow straight into the air following Nikui’s introduction. Sorry to scare you… apologized Nikui. Sikune smiled sweetly, and replied “Oh, its not your fault. I sensed your guys’ auras but I guess that wasn’t enough for me. Anyway, my name is nice to meet you, Nikui and…err...what’s your name?” She asked looking at Sicarda “Oh, im Sicarda. Its nice to meet you as well.” Nikui cleared his throat, and picked up a stick that was laying on the ground next to his feet. The enjoyment faded from his face, and was replaced with utter seriousness “I’m warning you now. Do NOT cross this line!” Nikui didn’t sound threating but he did sound stern and convicting. He drew a line in the dirt with the stick. He crossed the line, and walked to far more clear area.
Nikui’s claws were one again brought out. Reluctantly, he stared at his wrists and sliced them with his nail. Blood slowly began to trickle out of the ever so shallow wound. Nikui extended his tongue, and licked some of it with the tip of his tongue. He began to completely transform. His hair began to ruffle, his fingernails were shaped like mini-scythes, and his hands had turned entirely black.

The Heartbeat
Sicarda gazed upon Nikui’s transformation, he seemed amazed and in shock but that quickly faded as he worried that Nikui’s was going to loose control of himself. This is the part of a manga where he goes crazy and kills the main characters…Cupping his hands around his mouth, Sicarda called out with panic evident in his voice “Nikui? Is everything all right?!” Nikui turned towards Sicarda and smiled, his eyes seemed vacant almost as if Nikui no longer was the same person. “I’m fine. Remember, as long as you stay behind that line nothing will happen. I promise.” Sicarda sighed with relief, it must have been only the eyes, for Nikui’s tone and smile seemed entirely genuine but still…Nikui began to perform for the two, showing astounding abilities. It almost seemed as if Nikui was a master of his element. He manipulated his element in such creative yet destructive ways Sicarda and Sikune both stood in awe. Sikune turned to Sicarda, “He is definetly far beyond my current abilities.” Sicarda nodded and replied, “Mine as well.” Sicarda’s eyes seemed to burn with a newly kindled determination only caused by a new goal. This goal- catch up to Nikui’s level of strength. Ribbons of dark energy seemed to flow out of Nikui’s body as his aura was raised greatly to a level that seemed to be previously unimaginable. As he walked, the ground quaked slightly but over time the repetitive quakes smeared the line until it was no more. There was no longer a boundary line to distinguish how close they may step to him. For a decent amount of time though, they remained behind the line. Nikui spoke for the first time since he first transformed, “Okay, im done. You can demonstrate your abilities now, Sicarda” His body began to regress back to its normal state, but the regression was ceased immediately. He turned to see Sikune was closer to him than Sicarda was and Sicarda hadn’t moved. She had crossed the now erased line! “s**t! Get her back!! Hurry its…HURRY!” Panic filled the air surrounding them as Nikui called out. Instantly Sikune jumped back, but it was too late. Nikui once again opened his mouth, but slowly his tone sounded more and more demonic as he lost control of his own body, “Get her away!! The heartbeat!! Its…its…its sounding rather appetizing right now!!” Nikui’s voice had completely changed and he had a crazed smile to match his already demonic eyes. He truly had lost control of himself at this point, how would Sikune and Sicarda hope to compete with his demonic strength powers? Sikune immediately pulled out her bow, the dark energy materialized into a bow with intricate designs carved into it and the string was one that could extend for all of eternity and never snap. The arrows were purple, while the bow its self was a deep black, this color combination went rather well with the utter darkness that was only illuminated by the moon’s gentle rays. Forming two arrows in her hand, she strung them her bow as she aimed to fire them. “Please forgive me, but this is only to help you…” she explained as she let the string go. The two arrows sped through the air with amazing speed, and the tail of aura they left behind add a spectacular view. If it wasn’t for the current situation the arrows would make a beautiful show. The sped towards Nikui, he sent another dark blast from his hand which negated one arrow, but the second went flying through. Nikui wasn’t able to recover from the last attack, the arrow was sure to hit him until…until it was entirely absorbed in a crackling yellow energy. Sicarda’s voice was soon after heard, “You and I both know that we can’t compete with him at this point in time. Also, I doubt dark energy will do much of any damage to him in this state. If anyone has the advantage it is I, but that advantage is greatly diminished by the fact that it is night, and Nikui is in his Yokai form which only adds to his powers.” Sicarda looked at his back, as if he was debating something…
Not yet… he decided to himself, and once again returned his gaze towards Nikui. For the first time, Sicarda unsheathed his blade. He had been carrying it in his bag this whole time, but before he left for training he figured it would be a good idea to bring it, looks like his intuition was rather accurate…unfortunately. His sword began to glow with the bright glow of his element, the element of light. This sword crackled with the energy opposite of Nikui, he was Nikui’s biggest weakness, and Nikui his. It all came down to a matter of who put more energy into each attack. Sikune had stepped back, she saw the sense in Sicarda’s words and understood that he was right, she was at a large disadvantage here if anything she would be in the way. That didn’t bother her too much, as she never really was one too big with fighting. She watched as the two boys continuously clashed during their fight. Sicarda swung his blade twice in a row, expelling waves of moderate strength light energy. Nikui only needed to extend his arms as he let a blast of dark energy charge in his hand. Upon its firing, Sicarda moved but it appeared as if Sikune hadn’t been paying attention that very moment for she was struck directly with the stray shot. If I can only distract him long enough to take her to safety. Sicarda thought to himself as he saw Sikune collapse on the ground. He still seemed like he was debating something, as if he didn’t want to use an ability he had…
A few hours had passed since the beginning of their fight, the moon was slowly setting but there was definitely a few more hours until sunrise. If only Sicarda could hold out, for just a little longer. Sikune had been knocked out for at least 30 minutes and Sicarda was increasingly getting worried about her. Her life is in danger…I seem to have no choice at this point… Sicarda thought to himself. The back of his shirt was slowly pushed out from the back until it was broken open entirely, and the entire back of the shirt was ripped off as they flapped. A large amount of wind was generated as Sicarda strongly flapped his wings to break free of his shirt, which all together fell to the ground. His wings had pure white feathers, but with yellow markings that ran across them forming an odd pattern. That pattern was the sole reason he was reluctant to call upon his wings. The mere risks were huge. The yellow designed began to glow ever so strongly as he began to flap his wings, faster and faster. Swoosh…Swoosh…Swoosh was heard as the wings began to generate more wind that pushed Nikui back but the true reason for this attack was to generate a large amount of light energy. In front of Sicarda’s upper chest a large orb of light energy began to form as he flapped his wings, and he hands were extended to this point. The wind prevented Nikui from coming too close to Sicarda, and Sicarda would send out energy of light to negate any dark attacks Nikui might send to him. This process continued for about 10 seconds, but then Sicarda launched the mass of energy. It scattered, attacking nikui from all angles as his body grew a vibrant yellow glow and he dropped to the ground with smoke rising. He had been severlely injured at this point. Sicarda began to pant, but he picked up Sikune and flew her to a far away area. He put up a barrier of light energy surrounding the two, in the shape of an orb little did he know the consequences…
He layed her on the ground, and as he was about to fly off to neutralize Nikui to the point where he would be unable to fight he heard his name. “Si-Sicarda” it called out, weakly. The voice was Sikune’s. She had woken up! Sicarda turned around to look at her, and he asked, in a quiet voice, “What?” She struggled to stand up, but after she finally stood, she once again collapsed. She gave up the struggle to stand, “Just now…when you surrounded us with light…It stung. I’m pretty sure the same principal would apply to Nikui…” Sikune was about to pass out, but quickly thought of an idea. She was engulfed in a “bubble” of dark energy, which had the opposite effect the light shield did. She felt her energy returning to her, as the orb surrounded her body. It also acted as a shield. Sicarda took note of what Sikune had mentioned to him as he headed back to Nikui. His sword once again was filled with the light energy that had damaged nikui so much. Luckily for him, Nikui was still upon the floor, motionless. It appeared as if Nikui had slowly been regressing, back to his usual human form. Sicarda began to approach him, he hoped Nikui would be too weak to fight back so he could take him back to his dorm and after he fully regressed he would have Sikune heal him. What he didn’t fully grasp was the fact that despite Nikui’s half-regression he was still a yokai (demon) and that a heartbeat would start the process over once again. As he approached him, the dark aura surrounding Nikui once again heightened, his hair was ruffled again and his nails became sharpened once again. Sicarda was about to cast a light barrier around Nikui but he felt a sharp pain in his stomach as he felt the wind to his back and things were blurring by him. Nikui had struck him, hard, with his arm and sent him flying. He heard a “crunch” as his a sharp pain arose from his left wing. He turned around, and his eyes widened his wing was broken and crinkled. He wouldn’t be able to use it, not until he had it cured. He gently returned his wings, as they began to seemingly “melt” into his body.
He approached the newly rejuvenated Nikui, with the same fiery determination in his eyes, but now he had a better chance. The sun was about to rise, in about 20 minutes. Nikui seemed to realize this, as he began to run away “I…I have to leave while I still have some control! And I can’t be here when the light hits…” Sicarda figured that in the yokai form, even sunlight was a weakness to Nikui but he couldn’t allow him to escape. If he fully regressed to his former self, he would be extremely weak and vulnerable. An orb of light began to materialize around Nikui, as screams of pain were heard. These screams began to become louder and louder until Nikui grew a crazed look, exceeding one that Sicarda had ever seen. He turned around and as he screamed massive amounts of dark energy began to disintegrate the light orb placed around him. Sustaining the orb, in spite of such extreme strength quickly began to drain on Sicarda’s strength, as did exerting so much force did on Nikui. The orb shattered and dissipated in mid air, but a small shard entered Nikui’s body. Exerting so much energy over the life of this battle had left both of the two boys drained of almost all energy they may have had but that didn’t stop Nikui. Nikui began to sprint away, his speed was definitely slowed from what it usually was but it was still at very high speeds. Sicarda would have been able to easily keep up, had he had the ability to freely utilize his wings, but they were in a far too poor shape for that. He began to run; at the fastest speed he could with such little energy remaining. Luckily for Sicarda, that small shard that entered Nikui’s body was enough for him to track him. Sicarda sat on the ground, as Nikui escaped. He spread out his wings, and engulfed himself in an orb of light energy hoping it would heal him. “God dammit, I didn’t think things would get this worse. Sikune knocked out, Cayite god knows where, Nikui running away…” Sicarda began to curse his damn curiosity. Why had such an innocent request ended up hurting so many people? Why was the world so unfair? Was it truly too much to have a genuine curiosity? Sicarda hated the way the world worked at times. He felt his wing snap back into place, and to his relief they were once again usable.
With the flaps of his wings generating extra speed he fled through the air at speeds much faster than Nikui’s current, and he felt himself nearing Nikui. Sicarda slowly began to recognize the still body that was Nikui. Upon closer inspection, Nikui had fully regressed but was completely knocked unconscious. Morning had come.
The sun peeked its orange glows over the horizon, warming all that it touched as it illuminated the scenery. Color once again filled the world, as things returned to how Sicarda preferred them and the birds began to chirp their morning songs. There was a gentle and steady wind. Sicarda gently lifted the peaceful looking Nikui and flew back towards the school. On the way, the battle seemed to flash before him. He began to review what he did right, what he should work on and the mistakes he made. It was his first day at this damned school and problems as large as this were beginning to arise. Aren’t we supposed to be the saviors of this world? Sicarda worried to himself on the way back. Fighting with Nikui through a large portion of the night had definitely worn on him. He arrived at the school once again, looking down at their battleground. It was a mess, there were several craters, broken trees, the school had taken some damage as well. He knew that they would be in massive trouble soon enough, but right now he just hoped that Nikui would be all right. He hovered into the school, and began search the halls for Nikui’s dorm. He placed Nikui down, to take a rest. Sicarda didn’t realize it, but Cayite had been watching him ever since he arrived back at the school with Nikui in his arms. Sicarda would head out to train more…he had a lot to train before he was Nikui’s level.

Twilight Training
The morning sun had risen a little in the air, and its lights had blanketed even more of the area. Sicarda found Cayite’s dorm on his way outside, and knocked on the door. “You awake?” He asked, awaiting a reply. The reply he received was that of a door opening and nearly hitting him in the face. “You have some explaining to do.” Cayite shot a death glare at him, she had obviously been awake for hours. Yawning and stretching could faintly be heard coming from the other side of Cayite’s door. These noises sparked a good amount of interest in Sicarda First day and she is already sleeping around… With a smirk on his face, he opened his mouth but before he could say anything, Cayite started “Who the hell was the girl who was saying yours and Nikui’s name on repeat? She was collapsed atop a building. I had gone to go check out the damn noises I heard that woke me up, and you boys had pretty high auras so I thought something was up but by the time I got there I couldn’t see you guys. However, I felt a faint aura and when I finally located it, I found her collapsed. She still hasn’t woken up. What the hell happened? Also, who the hell is this girl? Did you two boys get lonely?” Sicarda took a deep sigh, and peeked in the room. Just as he had thought, Sikune was resting in Cayite’s room. “If that was true, which is isn’t why the hell would we do it on a building and leave her there? I mean, how uncomfortable would that be. I take I have a lot of explaining…” Sicarda took a sigh after explaining what he did to Cayite. Cayite seemed confused as she turned to him, and asked, “What did you guys do?” Sicarda looked at Cayite, and inquired, “Can I go in your room? I wanna sit down because I am pretty sure this will be a long discussion” Cayite sighed, and looked to Sicarda, “Give me a minute, I have to clean my room real quick. I hadn’t expected anyone to come in.” She slammed the door. From the outside, all that could be heard was rustling and objects being slammed shut. It seemed like she was doing a rushed clean, and every about 5 seconds she would say, “Almost done!” Sicarda wondered why she was so eager all of a sudden. Was she truly that interested in the story? He had probably heard ‘Almost done!’ a trillion times at this point, and he had been saying at the same time as her now. She kept saying it like she was a grandfather clock that went off every five seconds. Until, when he went to say it with her, he heard “Come in!” “About damn time” He thought to himself as he entered her room. It seemed spotless…she really had done a good job cleaning, assuming it was even messy in the first place.
A fresh breathe of nerves befell Sicarda as he sat upon the comfortable and spring filled bed. He began to flip through the assortment of words that belonged to him in hopes of wording the occurrences in the right way. He didn’t want to convey a message that was ill received on Cayite’s part. He wanted to make it clear Nikui had no intention of this happening, which would be simple. The part that he was worried about was expressing Nikui’s appearance and mannerism in the state that he was morphed to due to a single heartbeat. Cayite wasn’t very patient, she wanted to know why the hell she found a girl knocked out on top of a building, and Sicarda carrying a passed out Nikui. “Well? You gunna tell me today?” She asked expectantly. Sicarda sighed, and started, “Remember how I wanted Nikui to demonstrate his powers?” Cayite nodded in affirmation. Sicarda began to remember the exact scenery and how he was feeling right before it started, he began to express it as well as he could through the use of his own words. “It was rather late, dark, and there was a comfortable chilled temperature about the area. As we stepped outside, didn’t see anyone. Yet. We neared the area that Nikui was going to demonstrate his abilities, and we saw Sikune.” Sicarda pointed to Sikune who was sleeping on the bed about 2 feet over from where he was. He then continued, “I couldn’t really see them, not for a while that is. She was condensing dark energy, and shaping them to that of arrows as she held out a bow of similarly condensed dark energy. She was shooting these towards a tree for what seemed to be practice. I presume she was trying to better her aim or something but, after we noticed her Nikui went up to greet her. After we all exchanged our pleasantries we once again headed towards the dirt ground in the centre of the field.” Sicarda began to recall the excitement that he experienced as they headed towards the field, but continued before to much memory kicked in, “All that could be heard was the pitter-patter of our footsteps as we progressed to the demonstration area. As we began to near our destination, I remember Nikui had an extreme excitement instilled in him, he kept running faster and faster and rushing us to catch up. He seemed like he really wanted to show us his abilities, and it seemed as if his excitement only transferred over to me and multiplied exponentially. However, after I became as excited as I did, Nikui adopted a serious and seemingly worried face as he forewarned us: ‘Don’t cross this line’ He then picked up a twig and drew a line in the dirt. Sicarda paused as decided on how he should tell her what happened next. “He crossed the line, alone, about 20 meters and soon ‘ribbons’ of pure, raw, untamed energy began to emit from his body, trailing upward into the air but they would soon dissipate. However, the true miracle of this little demonstration was...when Nikui…” Sicarda once again paused and the exact imagery of Nikui’s appearance flooded into his mind, as did the sheer aura of this state. He continued, … “When Nikui…transformed into a yokai” (Japanese for demon) From that point on, Sicarda began to explain the occurrences of the battle in extreme detail. It seemed as if he was reliving the entire experience he just escaped. At mentioning of his wings, he showed them to Cayite who had been completely absorbed in shock by the story. As the events had been recited to her with detail that didn’t allow for miscomprehension she began to wonder what other secrets these boys might share. She also began to fear those who may come after them based of their strength. Were all the other elementals this strong? Or had they surpassed the other students at this school? Her mind raced with more and more questions as the tale of just a few hours ago appeared in her mind. It oozed with so much detail she could feel the same sensations that Sicarda was describing. Their discussion seemed to last for hours upon hours until finally Sicarda finished reciting the events. He looked to her and explained, “And I came to get you and Sikune for some training. Luckily for me, I didn’t have to hunt Sikune down.” Just then, some rustling around and yawning was heard. Sikune finally spoke up, “So that’s what happened after I passed out?” Sicarda nodded in affirmation then looked at the two girls, “Nikui feels like he is still sleeping, so do you two want to go outside and train a little?” Sikune nodded as she yawned however Cayite spoke up as her stomach growled, “After we eat. I haven’t eaten yet.”
While the three were eating their brunch, Nikui had finally awoken. He knew he would be under Sicarda’s supervision, or the very least his aura’s level would be closely monitored. He made sure to keep his aura at the level it was at, and threw in some small fluctuations for a natural sense. He then created a mass of Dark energy in his place that had an equal level of aura strength. He then sprinted off, at a speed matching teleportation. He vanished, the sounds of his words lingered on, “I am coming for you…Hebi.” (dun dun dun! Where did he go? Why did he leave? Who/What is this ‘Hebi’ he speaks of?)
The other three had all finished their meals, and were heading towards the training grounds. Sicarda turned to Sikune, “Would you mind dueling me? And the winner could face…” He shifted his gaze to Cayite, “Cayite, yea?” They both nodded in affirmation. When they got to an area that wasn’t occupied by the various other elementals Sikune summoned her Dark Bow. Sicarda unsheathed his katana and it was instantly engulfed in light energy. Cayite watched as the two began their battle. Sicarda generated 8 orbs of light around himself. Sikune fired 4 dark arrows; they maneuvered in intricate and fascinating ways giving a great appearance as they sped towards Sicarda. Four of his own light orbs shot out as if they were arrows of light, and neutralized the dark arrows. Sicarda swung his sword, and sent a wave of light energy towards Sikune. She raised her palm, and sent out a beam of dark energy insantly, however it wasn’t as strong as Sicarda’s wave. They collided, and Sicarda’s wave was darkened to the color of Twilight. As the energy headed towards Sikune, he thrusted his sword into the ground, and you could hear the crackling of his energy as it went through the ground. It began to go berserk and electrify things, and people Sicarda had not intended to however Sikune had reacted quick enough to save herself. She waved her hand upward and wall of dark energy blocked the twilight colored light wave Sicarda sent at Sikune and then quickly flattened her hand so the palm of her hand was facing the ground.
