Skills/Abilities:
Offensive Abilities
Hypnosis - Forces ones foe into a sleep like state. Can be used in conjunction with Dream Eater.
Dream Eater - Does damage to one's opponent, and restores equal health (be it stamina, etc), if the foe is first asleep.
Future Sight - Sacrifices all attack/defense movements for one round, instead doing damage three rounds later.
Psychic - Your basic psychic attack. Strikes directly at someone's mind, causing them large amounts of damage. Can also shut down the mind of a weaker willed person.
Telekenesis - The ability to move things with one's mind. However, you can't move more than twice your own weight. Example - you could lift a bench, potentially even a small tree, but not something so massive as say, a car, or large truck. These things come in time, as the Psychic user grows stronger. As their level of strength increases, so does the weight of what they can potentially move with this ability.
Telekenetic Assault - Creates a small focus of energy, and sends it at his enemy. As with all psychic abilities, it moves at the natural speed of thought, and doesn't affect anything except its given target. This cuts directly at the human psyche, and can cause a decent amount of physical harm.
Defensive Abilities
Magic Coat - Reflects all 'status' causing powers back at the caster, regardless of caster level.
Meditate - Acts like calm mind, increasing one's ability to attack.
Barrier - Creates a minor psychic barrier around him that prevents certain types of attacks. Can reflect all but magical or elemental based attacks.
Support Abilities
Agility - Increases speed, making him faster.
Calm Mind - Increases the amount of damage a psychic attack does, by increasing your own focus - can be used in conjunction with other offensive abilities only.
Role Play - This allows you to, for one round, copy any opponents ability, regardless of element, level, requirements, and all other pending limitations.
Other Notes:
Character History: Not much is known about Yukio, for he is a man of little words. All that is known is that he has worked with Donald before, in minor heists. Back when Donald was still human, and alot younger. He never really lets up much about himself. Although he might, if the right person were to ask him.
