Personality: Out going and kind. He heavily believes in standing up for what you believe in. An all around nice guy.
Background: Arashi was abondoned at birth. He was found by a small family and they raised him as their own. Then he inherited the sharingan and the family told him about how he was actually their adopted son. Since he had sharingan they knew that he was actually an Uchiha and sent him to the leaf village. Now he lives there on his own and becoming a ninja. Since he is knew to the village he knows no one. He hopes though to become aquainted with the Uchihas, his actual family.
