the euphoric princess

`` everyone knows these facts ``

_____`` there's no need to recite my full name over and over ``
Ah, but her full name, just for the record? Why it's Princess Saelliana Fae Evre-- that's Sail'-lee-unna Fey' Eh'-vruh, if you please. Pretty, fancy, noble, but quite a mouthful, isn't it? Well, no matter. Most acquaintances just call her Sae for reasons of practicality anyway. Though a rare handful of her childhood friends also call her by the pet names 'Sael,' or 'Sael-Bird,' just to be cute. Unfortunately, pet names turn quite easily into her pet peeves if she doesn't know you well enough for you to be using them.

_____`` perhaps you would give me presents later ``
And what kind of princess would hate presents, hmm? Well, everything in moderation, I suppose; not even Sae is too thrilled about having seventeen separate rooms, one for each year's worth of presents. Perhaps this year, on the winter solstice of December 22nd no less, she could persuade those prince-courtiers of hers to buy presents smaller than the size of the castle doors?

_____`` i pick what i like, even though it may be awkward at times ``
Awkward? Nonsense! Boys, boys, boys. -That's always what the common girls talk about, isn't it? (So how in the name of Escavelon could it be awkward?) Well, she does see where they're coming from--she is of female persuasion, after all, and although she has never expressed any serious interest in love, to assume that she's never flirted with the castle guards before is quite foolish. Tag onto that the unanimously ruled fact that a Princess's marital duty is to fall in love with and wed a Prince (who is usually, we hope, of the male persuasion), and boom! This princess is as straight as her rapier, baby.

_____`` first impressions are based on how you look ``
And royalty, especially, should leave a positive and lasting impression over both loyal and newly pledged subjects. Fortunately for this princess, looking good doesn't come at a difficult price. Saelliana is the kind of person who could wake up from a vicious night of tossing and turning, her hair disheveled and unbrushed, and still have that beautiful, dreamy air about her. But let's start descriptions at the basics, shall we? Standing at a solid 5'6'', Saelliana is easily considered a tall girl for her age, though strategically not tall enough to over-shadow any guy. The girl's got a rather thin, lanky build-- for a princess, at any rate. Her arms, torso, and legs, all true to her lean frame, are long and well-toned from training, yet the lethal stretches of muscle are inconspicuously hidden by smooth, flawless skin of a pleasant peachy hue. So while calling her curvy and volumptuous would be a bit of a stretch, the girl's at least got one curve in the right place. Yup, that's right. This little princess is a bit top-heavy. As hard as she'd tried to prevent it, looks like certain cliché princess genes are a bit... inavoidably large and overpowering 'resilient.' Despite binding herself torturously tight for three consecutive years, Saelliana still found herself ridiculously well-endowed, so to speak, for her thin build. Taking it as a hinderance during her more ruthless and violent activities, the poor girl's woe is only quenched by the fact that this asset could surely be used to her advantage during day-time affairs.

Speaking of advantages, let's not leave out her face, shall we? Saelliana has a cute, childishly round face that tapers somewhat suddenly down to a proud, pointed chin. This ever-so-slightly tanned skin is framed by locks of long, dark black hair. Though each individual stand of noire is somewhat thin, the overall volume is generously thick, creating a smooth, glossy overall feel even with minimal care. Though her bangs seem magically different each day (it isn't, nor is such an occurance explainable)--from neatly-trimmed to disheveled to nonexistant (presumably clipped back) to layered to angled-- the rest of her hair flows silkily down past her shoulders to tickle teasingly at the nape of her back. She prefers it down and simple; unfortunately, her servants seem not only to demand that the princess wear her hair up in a more formal style once in a while, but enjoy playing with her long locks. So, in the end, the girl humors them, letting them do what they will with the hair to 'properly accentuate her majesty's clothes.' So, publically, Saelliana's hair may as likely be down as it is up in various buns, braids, ponytails, loops, with flowers, ribbons, or different asthetically pleasing combinations of them. But to remove a potential hazard during her slightly...shadier of tasks, the girl prefers to have it pulled back and out of her way in the simplest fashion possible. Saelliana's eyes however --shady business or not-- are large and almond in shape, which combined with her heart-shaped face, must add to her effortless pretense of innocence. These eyes are a clear, vibrant green, but when shadowed over by heavy lids and long, thick lashes, they darkened to a mysterious, murky shade of black. Narrowing them accusingly, thus, had the effect of seeming to completely change their color--though there is no need to worry, as you usually only see such ominous eyes just before she plucks out your heart, and when you really think about it, what's there to worry about after you die? What most people see in her eyes is generally what she intends for them to see-- two intense, dazzling emeralds filled with unending compassion and happiness, affection, and curiosity. Numerous prince-courtiers have written sonnets to these eyes, and one was rumored to have died for them. It is only a select few (all of whom she is distinctly aware of) who are able to see behind the false pretense to the dangerously observant and calculating gaze that pierces undiscriminatingly through everyone. Her nose, leading down from thin, elegant brows, reclines easily and delicately down her face in that cute, dainty manner not unlike the overall image she projects. Lips, rosy and plush, that reflect the laughter and happiness in emerald eyes complete the look-- they are drawn teasingly up into that perpetually warm, enchanting smile that has trapped many unfortunate men. This said, and looks described, Saelliana actually isn't one for sitting in front of a mirror, leisurely admiring and maintaining her looks. Beauty is not a necessity to Saelliana, a dying breed of princess who is not obsessively vain, but an available luxury that can be used deceive others. Because hey, if she's got it, why not flaunt use it?

In a world where it's considered pretty scandelous for a princess to wear pants, Saelliana is a smart little girl and sticks to her dresses. Sure, she's interested in the styles and fashions of other places, but she's not thick-headed; she realizes how close-minded the people of her kingdom really are and she's not exactly looking to spur a civil war. Saelliana's taste in dresses is perhaps the only thing that clashes with the false personality she displays. Part of the blame can be attributed to the fact that she'd sooner bite her own tongue off than be forced into useless princess puff sleeves that prevent you from lifting your arms higher than a centimeter above your sides, a choking high collar that makes it impossible to turn your head, and a ridiculous balleen-lined, corset-included 'butt dress' that not only serves to hinder your breathing completely but also gives you the dashing shape of a french feather duster with arms. Yay. Traditional cutesy-style was not gonna fly with this princess, kthnx. Instead, Saelliana's wardrobe possesses a somewhat exotic feel. Most all of her dresses are only in solid, pleasing colors --your basic greens, reds, blues, greens, purples, yellows, beiges, greens, blacks, and uh, did i mention greens?-- or sometimes even two colors at most, yet the fabrics themselves are twisted, bunched, and cut in strategic locations to make intricate patterns as well as shaping the overall piece to exaggerate certain parts of the girl's body whilst hiding others. Most dresses are sleeveless and trail all the way down to her feet to underemphasize her small, rounded shoulders (something that was apparently not 'a la mode'),and to hide her long legs, which when stationary and not filled with the flowing movement of her dancer's grace, seem a little too long not to be be awkward for Sae's taste. There is usually a band of patterns unique to her chestal area to emphasize the one curve she does have. Her dresses' necklines are the least modest thing about them, as most of them dip down to expose just enough of her breasts to make things interesting. --And appropriate for royal lady, may I remind you.

Jewelry is also very much loved by the princess-- though she abhors to have things large and clanky, to only have one thread of silver disappear upon folds of fabric doesn't really suite her either. There is a happy medium somewhere between the two that consists of perhaps a few armlets, earrings, and necklaces or a choker, diadem, and bracelet or two; y'know. A tasteful combination of matching metals and stones that are usually tough enough to act as make-shift armor in case of dangerous situations. One of her main weapons, the bo-staff, possesses the ability to be compressed into a small cylindrical ornament akin to jewelry, thanks to Mazion technology, and remains clipped onto her belt at all times. Her sai, on the other hand are held in thigh holsters or something of the like, and are hidden beneath folds of cloth. How she carries her double tiger head hook swords is beyond this simple little narrator, as the girl always appears to be pulling the two out of thin air. Probably has the things cleverly positioned in their hilts at her hips or something.

Hnn? What's that? I've forgotten something? ...Dear Bahamut! Have you no manners? It's never polite to ask a lady for her weight! That's enough from you, dear onlooker-- now shoo, shoo!

`` if only they could see what's underneath ``

_____`` diversity and quirks are what makes each person unique ``
Too many quirks can also be a bad thing, mm? A bad, bad thing (especially for plot development and rper anger!). But, as you'll soon find out, one rotten trait to a seemingly pure whole can be much, much worse. If you don't want your naive little view of the middle princess to be ruined, better turn back now--for as contradictory as these next few adjectives might make her seem... Her true nature, however complex, should become quite clear-- so shh. No telling if you figure it out! It's way too early in the storyline for something like that to be revealed.

    xx__ Kind.&.Soft-Spoken
Ah, alas! What a faulty place to start, yet most "apparent," nonetheless. Hmm. Then again, most of these first two lovelies are both overly fluffed and sweetened, so we'll keep it short until we get to the good stuff. Now, let's get started~ The second Princess Saelliana Fae is known far and wide --even outside her fair kingdom of Rouxe-- for her kindness and compassion. Rumored to be one of the only princesses left to still be considered pure, gentle, and innocent enough to bestow happiness and fortune to everyone humble enough to beseech it, countless kings, courtiers, and general nobility had flooded to Rouxe over time to get a view of this 'euphoric princess.' And Saelliana has clearly not been one to disappoint. Sweet, soft-spoken, and kind, the princess is almost never seen with that enchanting smile on her glossy, childishly seductive lips. Always knowing what to say, the master conversationalist can effortlessly ensnare others in her charms whilst also able to brighten just about anyone's day with her cheery attitude and heart-warming compassion. Undebatably, the girl's words are soothing, her encouraging actions a ward against cowardice in others, and her humble heart full of benevolence. To these poor, delusional fools, Saelliana Fae Evre can't be but an intricate, beautiful, perfect, and shy figure of fragile, rose-tinted glass. She is the picture of a classic, obedient princess, after all-- none of that rebellious princess fighter stuff that's been surfacing more and more these days.

    xx__ Sociable.&.Curious
Of course the Princess doesn't bother just talk to others purely out of her good will, compassion, or any of that willy-nilly fluff. Oh goodness, no. In actuality, she's actually become quite the social butterfly and rather enjoys talking to others. It was at an early age that she developed her love of conversing with others and feeding off the amicable glow of lively conversation to the point where she openly welcomes and enjoys the company of others even subconsciously. But it's not exactly like years of conversation has yielded zero results for our euphoric little princess. In fact, not only can this lovely girl sweek-talk her way out of just about anything, but her pleasant and meaningless flattery have also been known to give way into luring open pursed lips full of the deepest secrets. And the girl's no stranger to the philosophy of holding her friends close, but her enemies closer; she is often seen socializing or even secretly rendez-vous-ing with the enemy--not to give away family secrets, but to inch herself a little closer to their true selves, to their fatal flaws---and seeing as the girl's past conversation experience combined with her observant nature made her an expert on human psychology, it doesn't take long for the girl to fell her enemies once they allow her to get close. Make no mistake, this little social butterfly is more venomous than first appearances would reveal. But surprisingly enough, curiosity, not power, is the ruling force behind most of her actions. The 'euphoric' princess holds a rather complex relationship with power, as she herself neither wants it, nor distains it, but finds herself attracted to those who hold it. Her curiosity, on the other hand, is a quality she doesn't bother denying. Curiosity of the human psyche was what led her to become a master conversationalist, curiosity of the human anatomy was what led her to become such a deadly assassin, curiosity towards power and all those things that could hurt her was what led her to hold such a love-hate relationship with all those things, and curiosity of human limits... Of what humans couldn't possibly attain. ...Was what led her unquenchable desire to fly. The girl is also periodically found rooted in the library, fueling her curiosity of other worlds as she pours over book after book of forgotten languages and forgotten secrets of each and any of these worlds. It is said that Saelliana has a love for many things --people, airships, books, other worlds-- but then again who knows? There lies an extremely thin line between love and pure curiosity.

    xx__ Calm.&.Collected
Civil and well-mannered to the point that she appears completely obedient to her higher-ups, Saelliana is at all times perfectly in control of herself and, often enough, the people around her. She responds exceedingly well to unexpected surprises and unforeseen developments, and while may put up a bewildered or shocked front for show, will already be thinking two steps ahead of the updated situation. She does, after all, work extremely well under pressure and doesn't seem the least affected by it; where others may become frazzled and panicked, this princess will stay cool-headed and level. Before she springs into action, the girl does more than enough of her fair share of observing and thinking. Of course these thoughts and observations can run rationally through her head at lightning-fast paces, speed is of the essence after all-- and she's had practice churning out complex, levelheaded responses in the matter of milliseconds. In addition to a poised, collected physical self, Princess Saelliana also possesses quite a cool tongue. Unlike her littlest sister, the girl never seems to verbally retaliate with wild expletives and smoldering gares. Her words are never vulgar to the least bit, but careful~ It is not too unusual for her sweet words to carry double entendres, aiming to sting and crush brutally the reputation of an opposition without him even noticing, should he not be clever enough to catch onto her disguisingly snide remarks. So, to sum it up, the girl doesn't cuss and moan at all like her other two sisters might sometimes do; in fact, she rarely ever gets angry. Instead, what she likes to get is revenge.

    xx__ Observant.&.Resourceful
Perhaps now would be the opportune time to mention the euphoric princess's perfect memory, you say? Why, I couldn't agree more! Though perhaps this first detail is a better fit on the 'abilities' list, there's nothing wrong in mentioning the princess's perfect memory a little earlier on in the game. It is, after all, something that should be kept in mind at all times when dealing with a creature such as she. Saelliana's perfect memory graces her with the ability to replay words, images, and sounds of events exactly how she experienced them the first time around. Thus, while it may appear that the princess is way too preoccupied to be keeping up with a secret gesture, a juicy secret, or anything that just plain shouldn't be revealed in her presence, she'll have a record of it all stored up in her head. And when time comes, have no doubt that she'll be able to use these secrets against their keepers. But it should be kept in mind that this princess is lethally observant and rarely lets her guard down-- looking as if she isn't paying attention, doesn't necessarily mean she isn't. As expected of an assassin, Saelliana is clever and extremely fast on her feet, not to mention vastely intelligent from spending a little too much overtime in the library. She is vastly resourceful and is often able to bend not only the surroundings but the opponents' own moves to her favor. Of course the girl's pretty resourceful when it comes to technology, as well-- I mean she can spread devistating viruses into simple systems quite well, though she at once realized Seria's potential in technology to be higher than her own, and so quite happily leaves all the intense hacking to her younger sister. Both these qualities, however, are by-products of the self-oriented girl's sense of.. Well. Self-preservation. The lots of 'self's there indicate she's not as compassionate as you thought when you were reading that first blurb, huh? Mm, that's right, Saelliana is in reality a surprisingly cold creature who enjoys keeping a secretive eye on the chessboard, helping to advance the pieces if and only if doing such would in some way benefit her, her sisters, or her kingdom. And of course what else could her acute resourcefulness develop from but her strong sense of self-preservation? Careful, rational, and critical, the girl has learned over the years how to twist just about everything to her advantage, proving to be quick and deadly.

    xx__ Loyal.&.Egotistical
Like any other respectable princess is. Haha? Saelliana's opinion on her own royal standings is rather baffling at best. If asked to honestly describe it (and put under the influence of 1000 bottles of truth tonic), the girl would "simply" answer in a pretty fashion soaked with riddles and sweet words that being royal was something she didn't exactly depend on, nor was it crucial to have for her existance, as such a thing as birth rights was not within her powers to control-- yet it is still rather nice, and, having grown up with the status, it's still something she'd rather not fancy living without. Now, with that slightly paradoxal statement in mind, it's not completely unreasonable to assume that she's unintentially developed a shallow (but existant!) loyalty to Rouxe, now is it? Because she definitely did. Thus, often times than not, Saelliana is cornered into looking after the kingdom's affairs by her own pride. She does, after all, have Rouxe's best interests in mind when the time calls for it (well... most of the time, when time calls for it), but let's not forget that like Seria, Saelliana is an opportunist. What the girl 'opportunes' for isn't always as clear, but it obviously doesn't always perfectly coincide with is best for the nation. Her responsibility towards the kingdom is easily recognized by others, to her initial surprise, due to a natural royal, ruling air inherited from her father; not only could she take away the breath of any boy, she realized, but also, on occasion, the breath of a nation. Perhaps it's due to that egotistical confidence of hers, that graceful nonchalance about her as she assists the leader. The general people know this, however, and refer to her proudly as a prized asset that will keep Rouxe prosperous. Still, the princess can be quite condescending at times, whether she means to be or not; being raised as an elitest and all eventually did cause her to develop some of those supremist feelings. Of course they only surface if a lowly idiot tries to pass himself off to be smarter or better than she or her sisters, but take caution. This girl rarely gives second chances once that line is crossed. The one trait that foils what would have been a perfect villain-esque personality, however, is Saelliana's loyalty to her sisters. Despite all other evils the girl is capable of committing without a bat of her lashes, the girl dearly loves her two sisters and hates to see them suffer. After all, she believes she and her sisters are alone in this world, that above all else, she must protect them. Ah well, there goes the 'master villain' position. Guess she'd have to settle for an anti-hero position at best now, huh?

    sly + calculating
Aah, now that you've already read through so many hints both subtle and not so (as well as the tone set by this... slightly sarcastic narration), you've probably had your suspicions and already realized there's something not quite right about our little 'picture-perfect' euphoric princess. Haha, that's right. You can scratch that; this ain't no picture-perfect princess at all. To still believe so at this point would be highly naive. True we may have emphasized her positive traits until now, but make no mistake about it baby. This section here constitutes what is the bulk of Saelliana's essence-- the side that no one except for her sisters (and a few unlucky instructors) have ever seen. Highly manipulative, ruthless, and guile, this princess heeds no law and fears no consequences. Not bound by the silly concepts of good and evil, the girl insists that the ends justify the means. Should something be in fact beneficial to her then the methods of achieving this something don't matter, right? She herself knows perfectly well exactly how ruthless and absolutely despicable her sadistic mannerisms can become when the situation calls for it. Unadulterated cruelty and indiscriminating torture are not exactly beneath her if it gets her where she wants to go. All as long as she wins in the end, right? The girl is highly persuasive, using her witty and tactful nature to secretly manipulate and bend the will of others to fit her own schemes. Convincing people is no problem for her: she has become a liar so skilled that technically, she wouldn't even have to tell a lie to be lying; after all, this mistress of deception is able to twist half-truths and misconceptions to her favor so well that she can almost convince the false pretense she is pretending to be that the falsities she asserts are real-- the skill of the ultimate actor. You follow? Saelliana is able to poison target minds with these slyly calculated deceptions, luring them into a pleasant, drunken haze of illusions. Needless to say, she, throughout her countless assassination missions, developed a bit of a bad habit of toying with not necessarily only her prey, but also those who are on her side as well. Everything is but a chess piece for Saelliana to use. If they no longer prove to be helpful in reaching her goal, the princess wouldn't think twice about disposing of them--think of them as sacrifices, if you will; if they are not useful, they are disposed. The princess is, admittedly, when forced to reflect on her actions, not too fond of this habit, but needless to say, the occasional thrill of power and need to be in control are like drugs, and are never easy to quit. Of course in addition to being tactful, she is also tasteful --to a certain degree-- with her manipulations and killings. Saelliana doesn't seem like one to half-assedly (that's a term, right? half-'assedly.' right.) slash at an enemy and kick him into a garbage disposal anyway, does she? Where's the thrill in doing something like that? --Which is why most all of her words and actions hold double entendres-- maybe even triple or quadruple entendres, if there's such a saying. She greatly amuses herself seeing those clever enough to question her ambiguous actions realize just how unpredictable and hard to figure out she truly is. Most of the time, it is unclear whether her objective is straightforward or if it leads toward an ulterior motive; all actions are of dual-nature and can serve more than just the obvious initial purpose. It is not unusual for even the most intelligent of people to be unable to pin down her motives or goals-- and she loves it. All this is taking into consideration, remember, that only a few select individuals even suspect this side of Saelliana exists. Sure she has no problem letting this side of her slip to her sisters-- they obviously already know and wouldn't have her any other way, but the few individuals who usually figure this out (either the more intelligent targetted individuals or internal advisors of the kingdom) are usually killed or permanently silenced by the girl before anything can spread to the mass public. And even if it were to do so, whose words would they believe? Some smelly old guy or their lovable, compassionate princess? Saelliana always likes to stay two steps ahead of the game, after all; she'd never fear predictability because it was out of the question-- that sly, calculating mind would make sure she'll likely never be found out.

    xx__ Insecure.&.Uneased
Perhaps even more unexpected than Saelliana's devious side is the feeble girl who immerges in her place once in a blue moon. Although the princess is perfectly confident in her sharpened skills of both murder and deception, her human consciousness (the one she was unable to throw away completely) forces her through periodic pangs of insecurity. Though few in number, these raids on her confidence strike fast and deep. In these moments of weakness, she reasons to herself that she must keep up her walls of lies in order for others to like her. Immensely uneased, the girl believes no one would so much as glance at her, much less offer her his love and devotion if anyone discovered her horrible and sadistic true self. Ironically enough, Sae is dangerously prone to the persuasive and deceitful words others in this state.

_____`` let me tell you the tale of my life ``

Gritting her teeth and pressing shut her eyes in what was probably the most pronounced public showing of frustration she'd ever give, Sae's hand had flown up to her forehead, allowing fingertips to gently massage her temples. "No, Pops, you misunderstand my agony," she had mumbled rather darkly. The King, unable to even vaguely consider When the King, probably losing his sense of hearing to old age, asked her to repeat herself, she simply beamed up at him

And by that, we assure you we mean anything-- your usual array of daggars, throwing stars, swords, rapiers, and then that less usual array of tomahawks, gunblades, clubs, and handkerchiefs. Of course, specialization is always key, so let's mention the three kinds you should really be watching out for, hmm? First, there's that bo-staff of hers. Weighed at both ends, the unkind, metallic weapon possesses a single kink towards the center and, like wood, is gnarled and indented in pretty patterns to allow for a better grip; also, as a recently added plus, the littlest sister may have fiddled with the thing and installed scythe-like blades at both ends of the staff that swing out on Sae's command. ...Unfortunately for her foes, the girl's not quite gotten the feel of these blades on the ends of her precious weapon, so if she accidently hacks off an arm while the enemy is begging for mercy... Whoops! That'd be her bad. >D When the girl's not seen with her bo-staff, the next likely weapons she'd have on hand would be her double tiger head hook swords. Thin and bendable, yet unforgivingly unmalleable and threateningly sharp, both hooked blades and the guards on the duel weapons are standard of any tiger head hook sword. The daggars found on the butt of the weapon, however, deviate from the classic weaponry design in that their cross sections are triangular in shape. Why? Simply because a stab wound created with one of these babies won't ever close up. Hey, don't look at me like that! Her last weapon's not so bad, okay? Depending on what kind of clothing she has on, these last two weapons --a pair of sai, in case you were wondering-- are usually fastened to thigh-holsters (or something around the upper leg area), hidden under strategically placed folds of cloth that not only serve to veil their existance, but also to provide her easy access to them without ripping apart her dress. Better not think about how this is done, and I probably couldn't explain such a phenomenon to you anyway, so let's move on to the sai. Like any other sai, each one is three-pronged. The tip in the middle is longest, approximately three centimeters longer than the length of her forearm; pointy and rounded, it looks so suspiciously like a needle that Sae sometimes cannot help but try her newly acquired skills of acupuncture on her foes-- which to say is rarely safe and certainly never pleasant for the opposing party. As an added feature, three little spikes jutting out at slanted angle from the center of each of the two minor tips (which are also quite sharp and round, though bent slightly outwards and very much shorter), not unlike a porcupine's quill. Their purpose? Well, in addition to giving the sai better friction against the weapon it's trapping, each of these two tips can now gash out chucks of the opponent's flesh, if thrust quickly into and out of the skin. But hey, if it's any consolation, such a manuver is pretty difficult due to their position on the sai.

_____`` everyone is special in their own strange way ``
Which is just a politer way of saying that everyone is the same, really, but who's to blame? The parents. Always gotta be the parents. Sure Saelliana has her fair share of conformist qualities-- she has, after all, been bred from an early age to dance, ride, embroider, paint, and a senselessly large number of other useless etiquettes and skills (such as knowing exactly which fork to use during which course; ooo, this one's real important!) royalty bestow their children-- but in the end, this child turned out to be anything but the same as all those other girlies. After all, Saelliana ain't no push-over girlie made outa fluff, if you'll parden my... Er. Southern. The girl's sly, persuasive, manipulative, and has got perfect memory to boot, as if being just plain observant there wasn't quite enough. So even if it seems like she's not paying attention.... Oh, baby, she is-- or at least she can replay what you've ever said or did in her presence perfectly within her head. But amazingly enough, for a 'sly, observant' princess, the girl's not got enhanced hearing at all. Nope, all normal. Unfortunately, the girl does have a dangerously large, unnervingly accurate intelligence network. It's even rumored that she'd made a contract with the spiders and just acquires her information through their vaste webs weaved around their victims. --But then of course, that's all speculation really, no one knows for certain except for the girl behind it. And if you knew her at all, you'd be certain she sure has hell wouldn't be telling you about it anytime soon.

Of course that's not the end of her abilities-- they're already massive in number yet are always expanding. For example, the girl's almost freakishly flexible; of course this wouldn't be so strange if the whole ninja-assassin detail is factored in, but... Eh, at least the guys will be pleased to note this, if you know what I mean. Super quick reflexes, yet not outstandingly strong (like sister number one) nor freakishly fast (like sister number three), unbeatable martial art forms, an amazing sucker punch, et cetera et cetera.

skills! again, don't overdo it, keep it realistic and in par with ze description!

`` trivial matters seem to interest many ``

_____`` small yet interesting details you could always miss ``
Though this princess is (mostly) thin as a stick, if we're on the subject of food, watch out! Her eating habits may be small and interesting details, when you compare it to the rest of the girl's quirks, but you could hardly miss it. It so happens that Saelliana has an undying infatuation with gourmet food, and when the situation calls for it, can consume large quantities of food up to five times her body weight without putting on a single pound. Well. Maybe perhaps one. Jealous? Yah, me too.

_____`` some define me and some just sound good ``
Mm, I'd have to concur that while our little Sael-bird would rather strangle herself with a kitchen towel than be forced into saying as frivolous and corny a phrase as "[I'm Like a Bird]," (Nelly Furtado), it would explain quite nicely her childish desire to sprout wings and take flight-- though for her to dote on a boy to Nelly's extent is, as of yet, disappointingly impossible. But as much as the girl likes to [Daydream] (Anyband) about such silly things, to assume her naive by any means is a fatal mistake. Breath in the [Vicarious] (Tool) malice that's saturated her life for so long-- and you'll realize the [Evolution] (Ayumi Hamasaki) this little girly has undergone isn't quite as pleasant as it seems.

_____`` the beautiful colors i use on my canvas as i paint ``
She will use her colors to paint breath-taking landscapes, where the grass, always intertwining shades of mediumseagreen and darkseagreen with touches of lightgreen, is always engolfed in the blackness of night.

_____`` a person is always guiding me from the shadows ``
Ah? Perhaps the word 'guiding' is a little too flattering, neh? I can already feel my head swell. In any case, t'is I, your humble narrator, Calimar.
