Okay it's day 6 of my cleanse and I have got to say it's hard just having to go to the bathroom every other hour is a pain. The most difficult times are when I am at work I am surrounded by people who I am starting to loose patience with. Don't get me wrong I love a lot of my co workers it's just the remaining ones are really getting on my nerves. Not to mention when I have a 15 min break every 2 hours it's hard to get myself properly nourished so I am dead tired halfway until it's time to break.
Good side though I am basically at what I want to be. On Saturday I weighed myself and I was 160 lbs. I don't even remember myself being that light. I believe I started at the weight of 175 or 180 somewhere in there. Not to mention I GOT MY SIX PACK!!!!! finally that damn belly I have had that blocked them is basically gone. I no longer need to suck it in and flex to see them I am so stoked I will now be comfortable taking my shirt off anywhere.
I am almost there wish me luck!!!!!
