The basic rule of the Death Note is you have to have a name and a face of that person in order to kill them. Once the owner of the Death Note has writin a name and killed that person, the owner can neither go to Heaven 'nore' Hell. After a name has been writin in the Death Note it would take 40' seconds before death. The owner can give exact detail's to how and where the death would take place of that person and the exact action's of that person. For each death that was cauzed by the Death Note, what left over life span they had would be added to the Shinigami's life span. The secret power of the Shinigami's is the Shinigami eye's wich allow the person wich has done the bargain (wich is spliting there life span in half and giving it to the Shinigami) can use the eye's wich allow's the user to see the name's of any person you see the face of.
