Oh, it begins.
So I'm slowly becoming better acquainted with the Gaiaverse. After having to cut-back my time spent procrastinating I think I've finally managed to find a healthy balance. This is good. This is progress. (Developing an addiction to the pint-sized second life, I feel, would seriously hinder my ability to remain objective
xd )
I've recently become an honourary member of two guilds (a safe number I think, as I feel trying to maintain a decent level of sociability on too many could get dangerous). The first is
The Unofficial Official Writer's Guild, which I applied for myself after extensive research
wink . The second is
The Official Disney Guild, which I was delighted to have been invited to as those who know me personally know that my love for most things Disney knows very few reasonable bounds.
It's a shame that neither are all that active, but as I understand, this tends to be a rather common issue with many guilds (do feel free to correct me here). These seem like extremely great opportunities to form strong, like-minded communities.
That having been said, I've started to meet some rather wonderful users through these guilds whom I've been all to excited to add as friends on the list, as it were.
Oh, and after sorted out a couple of technical glitches I've finally been able to start pimping out my "house".
It's way more exciting than it should be, let me tell you.
Then again, you probably already know
