After sixty five days at sea it is weird to see land once more. I went threw a plethora of parrots in the last month while at sea, due to a rare and disgusting disease we picked up on the Isle de Isel. the disease was that of the exertorus implodius, of which parrots would spontaneously implode at sunset when the air was thick and full of salty mist. I was somewhat sick of having to retrieve a new parrot from the storage below, whats worse is not only would one get attached to the cute little birdies but i had to keep pulling little parrot legs off me coat. Thus we roasted the last remaining forty three parrots we had in storage.
the very next day i was fishing of the port side and i pulled up an eight legged spotted octopus. when trying to throw it back it latched itself to my face. i struggled for a good two hours trying to get the darn thing off me face at this point i decided to leave it there. lucky while sitting at the dinner table me first-mate pinkytang, the strongest man on the boat, pulled it off. however me glass eye came out as it was attached to one of the suckers. after this the darn octopus would not leave me alone he followed me everywhere... i should have never feed it that cracker. so it was after much consideration that i came to the conclusion that whom needs a parrot when they can have a multitasking octopus. thus i granted the mollusk space on me shoulder and a name... Polly. from that day forward me luck looked up and i do not have to watch out for imploding parrots. .... .... .... oh i got a little off topic. so we have just sited land, it is expected to be the continent of Blendor. Hmmm... that will be all for today.
