Devon Devon is obviously dark skinned with a sorta caramel cream complexion. He stands out at about 5'9 with his nappy shoulder length dreads and rusty reddish-brown eyes. Despite his thin appearance, he is well built. His eyes are really black with white crosses in the middle.

Bio//
Devon is Brazilian born, but was raised in the states when he was young. Since he was five, he was a talented skater, whether it was aggressive skating, or jam skating at the rink. On his sixth birthday, his mother built him his very first pair of ATs. However, they were like the regular kind fashioned after rollerblades, and though tuned for him, they did not fit his style. The next day his mother made him the a pair of quad ATs, and he's used no other type since. And because the companies that ATs do not make quads, he learned how to tune and create his own. At fourteen, Devon was told about his parents involvement in the Gravity Children project and that he was, in fact, a failed Gravity Child who was supposed to have been disposed of. He was saved by Kilik and then taken in by them. To his relief, they were his biological parents. But since that day, he saw his ability to ride, and his life as a gift from God. At sixteen, he moved to Japan to learn more about the Gravity project, which was headed there, and meet Sora and Kilik, throwing him into the world of Storm Riders. His first taste was bitter. He hated how people fought to take control of the sky, when the sky should have been free to all. So, he created his own team with the stand that he'd free the sky for everyone and destroy the sky regalia, making kings unneeded. In only half a year, his small group of eight unlikely Gravity Children turned into a world wide team more than five hundred strong. However, they've only just begun to show themselves in the Japan, despite having their origins there.
Personality//
Devon is a calm and cool person who's easy to talk to if you aren't afraid of guys who look like they will hit you if you try to talk to them. While always giving th impression that he is laid back and care free, he is always dwelling on serious issues. Though he clams to be a pessimist, and very much is one, he is not afraid to fight for something he believes in or against something he thinks is wrong. That is why he a bad reputation with bullies, punks, and thugs. Devon is always the first to pick up on something, but plays off his information to gain more. He never forgets a face, name, or place, and he is not afraid to speak his mind or share his knowledge. That's what gets him in trouble with everyone else.

Devon's style is loosely based off of the moves used in roller disco, Capoeira, and Tai Chi. Since he is a gravity child, the use of his road is not limited to him just on his ATs, he is not afraid to make his abilities known or use them regularly, despite the strain it puts on him. He has the ability to make gale force winds when swings his arms or legs. With his regalia activated, he can crate a number of small whirlwinds and pseudo-hurricanes.
