Without you, the rose fades into a so very pale color. But like a
rose...without you, I will fade..My face will go so very pale, just
like the rose. But I will pretend everything is alright, I'll put my
best face on. I will, smile, laugh, listen, and see your smile...only
knowing that your smile is real and mine is a lie. My eyes show how I
really feel, as their color dampens and looks upon a black hole. Until
I see a bush of roses, How wonderful they look, with the bright color
and the smell so sweet. But it will fade, just like me. My life fades
if you are not there, But I will lie, and give you my best smile...But
you will know....and wait..For winter to pass and let that rose, once
more. Live. Just like me.
