Jutsu Description: Akuma can use many different type of earth type jutsu and wind type jutsu. He has a bloodline trait, that gives him exceptional control over teh landscape in no time.
Bloodline trait(This one is doubtful, because it may be considered a godmod):Tsuchihensen(Earth-Teleport/Change), is a bloodline trait that allows Akuma to appear anywhere on the battle field within seconds, giving him the ability to dodge attacks and sneak up on opponents. He can sneak into the ground and reappear 500 feet away in a tree. This trait is limited to a certain amount of space. He can only teleport through to another place as long as it is within 800 feet of his old location.
Biography: Akuma hails from the clan, which was a regarded clan in Konoha, for their abiity to teleport from one place to another through the ground. His clan was one of the elite forces on the battlefield during the Wars. His only relative left alive from the wars is his brother, who has no known location. He left Konoha to travel the land, honing his skills. He came in contact with a refuted Sand jonin, when he was 15, and ranked a Chunin. He nearly los, but with his Tsuchihensen, was abel to win. With this win, he returned to Konoha, to find it utterly in ruins. What he found left were 50 ninja, and one being the Hokage. The Hokage asked about his travels, and upon hering the death of the onin, made Akuma a jonin. Akuma fought as best he could to save his dying city near the very end of the war, but his attempts utterly failed. In The End, Konoha died. He left his village once more, strengthening all his jutsu, and learning several wind jutsu. He became proficient with Earth and Wind jutsu and was able to take on most average powered ninja, and some slightly above average ninja.
