"Go out for air..." My mother said tring to keep a smile " You need the time alone" Translation "Leave! Everyone here doesnt want you we want him!". "Ok, Mom... Ill be back in an hour..." I went out in the cold air of winter tring not to freeze my tears "Who is it...This time..." I thought to myself as I walked around the houses of the happy people..When I see them I think "What ahappy family..." Even though I know they must have problems...They dont amount to mine... "Is Grampa in the hospital again..? Grandma? My tio pepe...If he was gone..I would be cring too..Is that why they wont tell me? Do they think im still cring for Marco?...I love him...Oh god I dont ask favors but PLEASE take care of him until i get up there and take care of him myself?" Marco was a seven year old friend who died in a car crash...Ill tell you his story later but Who is in the hospital..? I NEED TO KNOW!!! Before I knew it I was at the door to my house again...I opened the door and almost everybody was gone except my brothers and Uncle Carlos...He was cring too " Who is in the hospital Carlos?!" "I wish...he was in the hospital....Far better fate than this....." "WHO!?!" " YOUR UNCLE PEPE!!!...He is DEAD!!" "...." The words stung and broke my heart "no...no!! YOUR LYING!!!" I ran into my room and turned on the tv the news will put me in reality now...

"...The plane crashed and hit and the following soilders were found missing.. There bodies are probably hidden in the plane crash...These are the names of the missing soilders..." " Pepe Maldinado..." His name....He was going to Iraq..and he is gone... Icried "ITS TRUE!!!" I cried for hours and hours "How? Why?!" .....I now know how horrible the war is....and how many people must die every day...I wanna be that person.....To survive in a war....and laugh at gods face...I WILL be that person
