Yesterday, was our last practice. We got to do an obstacle course thing. Everything was cool after practice ended,until Justin dislocated my shoulder! I was carrying the coaches bags for him and then Justin pulls down on them while im still accelerating forward, so my arm goes one way and my body goes the other way. Luckily the impact of my body hitting the ground popped it back into place.
The muscle is still stressed out from the huge amount of pressure placed on the joint and writing is such a b***h. I tried to play in today's game.I wasnt able to play 100% because of my injury. It hurts a lot now because I pushed myself so hard. Tomorrow is the tounament, the entire reason why our team has worked so hard this season, and I do not wanna let them down. Im sure Rich feels the same way. His ligament blew up in the Oyster River game so he's out for the season. He had a good run, but we could really use his help in this upcoming tournament.
Tomorrow I just hope all of us can bring everything we have........no regrets..........................................
