eek TOTAL SHOCK!!! well my charcter looks emo gothic kill ya....sort of...lol i had to write my speach....it took forever my mom is going to correct it tonight! here is the agenda:

Well he sent Mrs. H a letter. She let me have it so i knew what to epect.....ill rewrite! so you will get a better understanding! more names will be changed in this to! NOTE- IT IS WROTE FROM MR. A'S PROSPECT!!

I am so looking forward to meeting you and Bekkah (i didnt change my name!!)
Last minute details:

1. your flight arrives in Akron/Canton at 5:29P.m. I will meet you at baggage claim, but call my cell phone when you land to touch base(***)***-****

2. We will drive to Youngstown and will have dinner at a Chinese resaurant at 7pm with some of my leadership and our spouces, including my daughter R who is 16 years old so Bekkah will have someone around her age to talk with. (IM NOT EVEN CLOSE TO 16!!!!)

3. your day begins with pick-up by me at the hotal on Sept. 10th at 7:10am for our trip to Westminser College. You and Bekkah will be speaking, with Q & A from 8am-9am to over 200 students, including freshmen at the school and education majors. the students have had 3 opportunities this week to see Paper Clips at the school, so will have some back ground. the film is utilized by the school as part of their service learning program.

4. We will then travil to Boardman Center Middle School where you will be speaking to all students in grades 5-8, i'm guessing around 600 plus students, from 10am-11am, including Q & A.

5.we will then take you and Bekkah to lunch and then drop you off at the hotal to relax, then we will pick you up, you must cheak out, at 3:10pm for transport to Youngstown state University to adress education and history majors, and area teachers through out the region from 4pm-5pm, including Q & A.

6.We will then travel roughly 1-2 minutes downtown to the DeYor Preforming Arts Centre where the major donor's dinner, roughly 70 people, will start at 5:30pm-7pm, folowed by the dessert recetion for everyone arriving for the event from 7-7:30pm, with the inaugural event to begin at 7:30pm. You and Bekkah should speak for 50 minutes, including the 5 minute clip of the film thet we will show when indicated. please note that we are not asking questions during the formal program, but people will be encouraged to come up to you and Bekkah after the event around 9pm to informaly talk with you.

7.You will be picked ypu by our driver at roughly 9:30pm to take you to the hotal by the airpory in Akron/Canton. Please be sure when you check into the hotal to schedule the shuttle for transport to the airport for the next morning.

8. for all your speaking arangments, there will be a microphone and podium as requested, and the evening event will have a screen and the ability to show the 5 minute clip of the film.
