Through the green looking glass I can seen the trees, but not the leaves.
I can see glass, but not a window,
I can see a mirror, but no reflection
I can see Meggie, but not Megan
(There are many more examples.)
Weight on my belly,
Trees on my back,
Nails in my ribs
Feet do I lack
What does man love more than life
Fear more than death or mortal stfire
What do the poor have that the rich require
And what contented men desire
What do misers spend, and spendthrifts save
And all men carry to the grave?
The part of a bird
That is not in the sky
Which can swim in the ocean
And always stay dry
What is it?
