Current musics: Final Fantasy VIII - The Man With the Machine Gun (Orchestral)

Guess who's got the fanfic bug, ooh, yeahhh... XD; So here's my plans and notes. Let's see how many of these I end up actually writing:

Vagrant Story
Advent Ground (Prequel fic, hence spoilerlicious!) [DONE! 3000+ words!]
A Laborer's Thirst (Mid-game fic - Ashley and wine and Merlose? Yep. Probably vignette.)
(untitled so far) - (Post-game fic, SPOILERLICIOUS! Ashley-centric, though. >3 Probably a long one.)

All the VS fics have or will have titles stolen from the room names. I'm so clever. Er. Also, I want to make fics to go with the titles The Melodics of Madness and The Fear of the Fall just because those are COOL NAMES. >_> Er.

Xenogears
(untitled so far) (Utter fluff fic, based off of Margie's comment that she had to get off the Yggdrasil because it smelled like a men's locker room... XD In which Bart has an aversion to scented candles and girly things in his DEN OF MANLINESS. Ahem.)

Probably the only Xenogears fic I will ever write. I don't think I have the right twists of brain to do serious Xenogears fic. @_@



I also want to write at least one stupid Bishie-Go-Round fluff fic for FF8, and at some point I feel I'm contractually obligated to write FF9 fic since it IS my favorite game and all. FF7... don't think so, I get the feeling the fandom's already churned out every possible variation on a theme. Maybe once Advent Children has provided new canon? :3

Wheee. I forgot how much I liked writing fanfiction. There's sort of an extra added thrill to finishing a good fanfic - a sense of accomplishments in stepping inside someone else's characters and feeling like you've driven them well. smile
