1. Turn the pants inside out and put them on.
2. Use either safety pins or regular pins to pin them as tight as you can on the outside of the pants.
3. Take them off and just sew with a sewing machine along the pins... sew back and forth a few times to make sure they don't rip when they are washed/worn/stretched.
4. Then just cut off the excess material of the pants.
5. If you dont have a sewing machine you can hand sew them but that takes for ever! i suggest going to a friends house and using theirs if you dont have one.
***Dental Floss, or, my favorite, Fishing String, can be used to sew pants instead of regular thread. Fiching String holds way longer in any circumstance.
