SQUEE!
PLEASE GIVE ME YOUR OPINION!!!!!!!!
Okay, I need your opinion, does this sound like a good opening or should I just quit now, I kind of liked the idea of a hidden shop, but I don't know if it seems interesting to anyone else, or if my opening description seemed up to par, so please let me know!

There were signs posted all over the place, advertising the new bar out on the lake, Tybalt's was the name of it, and to the normal human eye, it seemed as though those bright red words dominated the page, followed by the usual about how it was brand new, and the "best of the best!" But for more "special" eyes, the words appeared in a rather gentle blue, advertising a place called Lilac General Store: Home for all otherworldly needs!

Upon going down the nearly endless driveway into the parking lot, filled with hefty boat-and-camper pulling trucks, The actual building is seen, a house shaped buildig, painted shade of dark red that seemed to please the eye, which helped to tone down the brilliance of the neon sign marking the entrance to the bar in the basement, which due to the hill the building sat on, the underground bar became an above ground bar with windows looking out over the lake.

The interior of the bar was the most steriotypical bar one would ever hope to be, with sports posters and objects against the wall, a few tables to the left, and an ongoing bar to the right....BORING!

But the second set of stairs lead to a navy doorway with bold black letters stating: "PRIVATE RESIDENCE. DO NOT ENTER." But once more, to those with "special" eyes, the sign had more gentle blue letters stating just as clearly: "Welcome". Upon entering the sight is almost breath taking.... Probabally because it was so unusual looking. Otherworldly general stores were rare enough, and were practically holes in the ground. But this place was artsy, and -dare it be said- almost girly. The walls had a light indigo base with deeper shade painted to give the appearance of lilacs, and the few unused shelves had vases with boquets of white and yellow lilacs placed on them. The whole room seemed to give a light shimmer every so often, and upon observation, it was obvious that the room was protected to keep the inside in... Looking up, there were rafters in the way of the ceiling, for support, and probabally to help with climbing the tall shelves. Around the center of the room are a few comfy looking chairs, probabally to rest with one of the years best sellers, with also managed to sneak its way into the shelves. One confusing thing were the tall windows that looked over the lake, but there was probabally another working to prevent anyone from seeing inside. But an even more confusing thing was smell of baked goods that filled the room, and they seemed to be coming from the wall opposite the windows, from the other side of another navy door up on what should have been another floor, with an antique-looking spiral staircase leading up to it. But, between the size of the outside as compaired to the inside, would't that door just lead to a two story drop to the parking lot below?

The smell was definitely coming from the other side of the door, and, after opening it, there is another room, placed specifically to defy the laws of physics, with what seemes to be the checkout counter of the shop, delicious-looking baked goods lined up like soldiers beneath the glass, waiting to be sold. An odd place for the checkout counter. The checkout room matched the rest of the interior and had pretty normal-looking things for a checkout, a cash register, the boxes of goodness knows what that always seems to clog the artery that is the checkout, everything normal, exept for a small black silk box labeled simply: "Dispute Room".
