I was listening to the radio today and I heard that people from Michigan are debating on whether they should allow people to hunt cats. Just because someone accidently shot a cat. Some people wanted the person that shot it have a death penalty, they don't even have a death penalty if you kill another person and they want someone to die because they killed a cat? I think I would say "no" to the hunting them. But killing someone because they killed your cat is not the way to go.
