stressed I started this journal today or night not sure what 2:20am is b/c i'm unable to sleep...i seem to have this problem alot. So maybe if i write down what i'm thinking it may help me knock out...we shall see if this works.
Well what am i thinking... I had a head ach most of the day (not fun) i think i may have alergys (if my spell is bad...well i just can spell). I got off of 3rd shift @ 6am and then fell asleep till i had to go in to work @ 3pm. I stil had a head ach and was not in a very good mood...well when i got into work i saw the guys (i work in a home with people that have disablitys) that always seems to bright'n my day. I got a snack arounf for them and saw the one guys dad had brought us dinner (very nice) this would mean i didn't have to cook tonight smile Well then i gave every one there Meds and all was well. We had a very good night no big problems other then when i was giveing the one guy a shower he had a BM in the shower (smells awfull). Then i saw a note asking for me to count all the guys meds (not the best job) this takes a good 4 hrs crying . Got that done just in time to put every one to sleep... 2 of the 3 had already went to bed on there own (very nice) surprised ! Well got the last one to bed and i need to just sit down for alittle b/c my head had been hurting most of the night but when i'm busy i don't seem to notice it much. So i sit down...phone rings...it was the 3rd shift staff calling to say he was giong to come in earlly if i wanted to leave sooner i could xd ... so i leave @ 10pm and i was to get off @ 11pm so that was very nice. well i get home thinking i should sleep due to the fact i have to work first shift in the morn. Well i can't at first so i take a nice hot bath and put some lavendar oil in it thinking well this should put me to sleep...i doesn't...so i stay up watching the time go by i do a few puzzles drink and few glass's of water have to P b/c i drank a few glass's of water lol, watch some tv and now it's 2:34am and i'm still up!!! gonk what is a girl to do? well this is the end of my first entry and if this doesn't put me to sleep i'm sure it did you... wink ~Amber
