Just after her birth, her parents dissapeared with the coming of the war in Ishbal. Having been left in the care of one family, as the years past, the family grew poor as the war hit so she was passed on to other, wealthier families as a slave. In the families she had, she made some friends with the little lords and ladies she had to serve, therefore forcing away any bitterness she had at how hard she was worked. Finally getting traded off to her last family, she found books on alchemy and practiced it. The lord of the house found she could do alchemy and forbid her to use it or be kicked out. Temptation being too great, Rae learned to use alchemy more easily and then the lord turned her in to the police to deal with. Upon being locked in a cell, she manipulated the wall using alchemy and escaped; making herself a rouge alchemist.

Spunky, outgoing, optimistic with almost everything, funny, childish. Despite all those, when the time comes, she gets very serious. Once her mind is set, she gets very determined, stubborn, and has a high sense of will-power.

Born and raised in the Village Hidden in Mist, she led a happy life with her mother, father, and of course, a family pet. Her parents raised her to be a normal child, who naturally wanted to become a ninja. As she became the right age, and skill, she was entered into the school to compete and graduate. Her family and herself were well aware of the graduation re-percussions, but Rika was determined, and therefore strong. As she entered the final stage up to graduation, she was forced to flee from her family. Zabuza had begun slaughtering all the graduating class. Packing up what little things she owned, she moved away to live on her own; in the Hidden Leaf village, Konoha.

Ame Tekko no Jutsu (Steel Rain Technique)
Info: Works best if there is already clouds in the sky, but if not it is still effective. Using water around, it is turned into hail that is harder than steel, which pelts the foe.
