She's practically digging up all the shrubs and flowers and plants and any other sort of thing that she's planted over the course of the past few years, and she's rearranging them. There's a giant (about twice as tall as I am) bush outside by my sliding door, and my mom has almost dug up the whole thing! She wants to move it to the front of the house.

Also, she has somehow obtained large wire cages and placed them all around her fruit trees, in order to protect them from the deer. My yard now looks like some sort of strange war zone.

I knew it was a bad sign when my mom accidently buried my pansies...
