On my occasions, I've talked to Gracie for a long long long time. She's never once allowed me to get her designs. Anyone else have this problem?

Make sure you have a free slot for a letter or else she won't allow you to take the test for the certificate!
AFAIK, it doesn't matter what your answers are, just keep talking to her after you get the certificate and she'll ask for some money.
Give her something in the 5k range and you'll get a Gracie design.

(Cheapscate) but yeah I've only gotten one and I didn't give here any money, I'll give her 1mil bells for her car though.

in one of her designs she gave me an afro and a orane pinestripe (definitly 70's) the orange pinestripe shirt cant be ordered from nook so by spending more money on her u can get new shirts etc
