Mae threw her bag on the floor and threw herself on the bed smiling a little. "I'm happy to be back..." There she fell fast asleep...

Waking, Mae sighed. "I didn't really expect anyone to reconize me..." she whispered, staring up at the ceiling. "I was hoping at least Gargoyle would stop to see me..." She rolled onto her belly and closed her eyes.

Mae stood and changed into a pair of jeans and tee, sighing. She hung her cloak on a chair and looked around. Her room was barely touched just a few scuffs here and there, but those didn't matter. She looked at her wall of photos. The pictures of all her friends and kin were still there, a little faded. She touched on Dream's photo and Dawn's. She nearly burst into tears at Nobody's picture.
The happy memories overwhelmed her and she crouched down and sobbed.

*Sudenly the sound of someone knocking on the door can be lightly heard and a woman's voice sounding a bit concerned* Hey are u ok in there?

Mae looked up, a little startled. "I'm fine," she replied, letting the door swing open. She stood, dried her tears and smiled sweetly. "Thank you for caring." She made a small bow.

Mae grinned slightly, her fangs flashing. "Maedra is my name, but Mae works fine," she retorted. "It's been so long since I was last here. And it's grown so big. Last I remembered was the hunters attacking. I know we beat them back, but I was lost. I'm just now finding parts of my memory in this place." She motioned to the wall of pictures.
"It's been nearly two years," she whispered. "I had to adopt a new name for I had lost my old name. I remember it now, but it just seems empty when I say it." She looked at Shadowshifter. "Do you understand what I mean?" she asked, holding out her hand.

*a frown appers on her face I know that feeling too well Mae. I've been around for 200 years and I've forgoten so much. But a friend of mine has been helping me, she help me recover my lost memorys.

Mae nodded. "Yes..." she whispered, smiling coolly at Shadowshifter. "Well, I'll be on my way. THere are many people here I dont know and would like to know." She bowed slightly and walked around Shadowshifter. "It was a pleasure, darling..."
And she was gone like the mist.

Mae slinked out of the shadows of her room and sat on her bed, waiting. Her hands were folded neatly in her lap and her eyes stayed on the floor.

*Gargoyle slowly knocked on the door to the room. His eyes flutter from underneath his mask. He took a quick glance down at his attire* I'm not in the mood for this mask. I guess I will have to change.

*Gargoyle slowly opened the door and made his way to the middle of the room. He glanced around looking for a place to sit* I was more talking to myself. So where shall we start?

Mae motions to a seat off to the side of the room. She also motions to the spot next to her on the bed. "Either is fine with me. Or you can sit on the floor," she said.
