My DM is thinking of giving up DMing because he can't stick with an idea for a campaign. My friends and I have gone through about 10 characters in the last 15 days...Can someone help me figure out a good campaign that will keep both him and us all interested. please?

Don't restict the races very much lol. You should see someone try and play an Ilithid or a Thri-Keen. It's funny with the level adjustment and their ability scores lol. Or, you can try an undead campaign where you are the undead and you are fighting paladins or something. It was rather entertaining when we tried it.

hmmm, perhaps ask what the party wants, you can always play diceless D&D, which is really fun.
Or have the group play as the bad guys, and put them against the (N)PC's.
