This part of town is open to anyone that checks in at the border gate! A spell casted on the land to make the snow stay even in the summer!

I sit in the snow all bundled up with a scarf around my neck that hid half of my face as well as ear mufs.
I used my chakra to help me with the snow moulding and lifting as i try to make a snowman,
"I hate being so short...."

muko makes 39 clones, they all do a transfermation jutsu so 20 have red clothes on and 19 have black clothes on "ok boy your on the black team and ur aginst red NOW GO MAKE UR BASES ill shoot a fire ball in the air whene the fight starts"

now kazuma by himself he reconsiders and thinks oh crap this is abad idea.
Kazuma orders his team to make a impenatrable snow fortress for tonight we die in frozen hell!!! now prepare for battle!!!

I create a look out tower and sit high above the ground,
"I am reff, any cheating and your team looses!
I hold my hand out and snow forms on my hand,
which i create a mini snow figure that moves,
"I want you to gather some other sprites and be my eyes ok?"
It nodes and jumps into the snow made tower and comes out down at the bottum as it dives into the snow- hidden.
I smile watching these ppl that look like midgets from where i am,

"well ill play" one of the black team guys poofs away and mukos clothes go pitch black "OK NO USING HIGH LVL JUTSU AFTER THE GAME STARTS IF YOUR HIT TWICE YOUR DOWN!" muko says to his clones as he douse a hand sign and a large almost fortress like snow base appers "weel be protected in here" there are stairs up to the top of the walls. it all looks like the castle in the two towers (the one where the final battle, of lotr the two towers, was)

"now we wait for them to be done" muko douse some more hand sihgns and a large crater of turns into about 400-500 shuriken like snow balls "these are sturdie enof to fly like a shuriken but not to kill" muko douse some more hand sighns and a simalr in size power of regular snowballs appeare. then evry one sees that the enemy is done whene they shoot a simple fireball in the sky. muko shoots one two and then grabs some shuriken in one and a normal snow ball in the othr hand. and jumps up onto the wall most of the other clones do the same thing and some go off to the one opening

Kazuma replies snow shuriken curses thats good, now kazuma tells him to cover him while kazuma builds chakra into building a massive snowball, then clones build chakra into throwing the charkra at muko's fortress.

I stare from the top down at them with a solmn grim line on my lips,
I can see the sprites skurry around on the battle feild unseen by the teams,
"hm..."
I grab some snow and mold it into a regular snowball and add my chakra to it- makeing it a bomb,
"Time for some difficultiys...."
I toss the bomb so it will hit the dead center between them and would cause a smoke screen for sure,
