Kage stat distribution should be "465" and base should be "265"

Champion is your village's elite ninja, their unique ninja. My village has Shonin for example, while Konoha has Senin, and Ouka has Kannin, then last but not least Tetsu has Wannin. These all fall under the chapion class. Since they are the champions of your village.

These are the official base stats.

Rank stat increases by finishing missions.

1 D ranked missions = 0.5 rank
1 C ranked mission = 1 rank
1 B ranked mission = 1.5 rank
1 A ranked mission = 2 rank
1 S ranked mission = 3 rank

After you reach rank 15, you can no longer recieve "rank ups" from missions lower than rank C

After you reach rank 30, you can no longer recieve "rank ups" from missions lower than rank B

After you reach rank 50, you can no longer recieve "rank ups" from missions lower than rank A

After you reach rank 65, you only recieve 1 "rank up" for each A ranked mission. (In other words you only gain half as much exp as you used to.)

The bonuses of leveling up the old fashion way:

When a character *Reaches* rank 3 via "Ranking up" he will get a 15 point distribution bonus.
at rank 10 he gets a 20 point distribution bonus.
at rank 35 he gets a 50 point distribution bonus.
at rank 40 he gets a 10 point distribution bonus.
at rank 60 he gets a 40 point distribution bonus.
at rank 80 he gets a 100 point distribution bonus.
at rank 100 he gets a 200 point distribution bonus.
If a character becomes a champion he gets a 55 point distribution bonus. (and he gains 50 points in each stat.)
If a character becomes a kage he gets a 100 point distribution bonus. (and he gains 100 points in each stat.)
If a character becomes a missing-nin he gets a 20 point distribution bonus.
If a character started at rank 1 and made it to rank 100 he gets a 200 point distribution bonus.

For every "Rank up!" (Level up) characters will recive 5 points to distribute.

ALTHOUGH: Characters rank 30 and below. will recieve 10 points per rank up.

This is to make the system more interesting, as the end result of someone who started out as a Rank one student and ranked himself up to a powerful ninja (Rank 100), will be much more powerful than a ninja who started at an already high rank. (Which of course would take hard work and lots of free time.) (...and thats assuming he doesn't die and lose all his work.)

A level 100 kage, who started off as a kage will have:
665 distribution points with a base of 265
Total: 2785

While a level 100 kage who started off as nothing rank 1 student:
1320 distribution points with a base of 160
Total: 2600

Okay, so starter kage have higher stats overall, but their stats are less flexible, because they need to have a minimum pf 265 in each stat. While a kage who worked his way up can customise his stats more, since he only needs to have a minimum of 160 in each stat.

I just need somewhere to save this for a bit

"We do not smell the rotting flesh, hear the cries of agony, or see before us the blood and entrails seeping out of our bodies. Never do we feel the awful gutwrenching anxiety and humiliation that come with absolute fear. We only feel the rush and the excitement of the war. Even in the chaotic flames of battle and through the disturbing ear-shattering noise we endure, untill all of our enemies have been slain." Cross said weeping as he spoke these words, tears falling from his eyes which can no longer see the world. His mind still firmly grasping the past. Cross told the story with such compassion and such pity, as if begging for forgiveness which he would never recieve. No matter how far from the malevolence of the evil which he created, he will never escape from under it's shadow. "How could we not see the truth?" Cross asked in a broken voice of a destroyed old man. Cross spoke once more, in extreme anguish. "No offenses and insults in this or any other world are sufficient to warrant the slaughter of children..."
