When I log onto WoW as any character it loads slower than it did before. And then when I finally see the game world it takes a little longer for my character to show up and when i move around it stutters every once in a while, especially when going to a more crowded area and i see little shadows walking around before they finally show up on my screen. Can someone help me with this?
Tried: defrag hard drive disabling add-ons WoW repair tool

Has your latency gone up at all? It may be an ISP problem if so. Also, another program may be taking up RAM or bandwidth, like an anti-virus program.

Sounds like a RAM issue to me. I had this problem a lot before I upgraded to over 1gig of RAM. Maybe one of your sticks of RAM died or part of it went bad. Check to see if you still have as much RAM as you did before. (I had this happen once as well.. pain in the neck)
Also, on your add-on's... if you go into your addon's management screen you can also change the amount of memory you want them to use. That might be helpful for you if you want to keep some add-ons and don't want to turn them off completely.
Also... like fahsky said it may be the ISP. Especially if it was area's you had been in the past and had no problems in these area's in the past and nothing is wrong with your RAM.

I still have 2gbs. If I remember correctly, it started this since the last patch, but don't quote me on that.
And My latency has been in the green more lately. So, that's ok.

The computer hadn't been restarted since the 10th. It's no wonder. *smacks forehead* That fixed it.
