Kakashi has a lot more Fighting expirience than Sasuke. Sasuke is a lot stronger and faster than Kakashi. There is no telling how many Jutsu Kakashi has copied and there is no telling how much Sasuke has learned from Oroshimaru. I'd say Kakashi is cooler, but Sasuke is the best of the two.

Ok I don't like Sasuke so I would say that Kakashi is better for now.
But Sasuke is getting stronger so its only a matter of time.
