The new mission is to recruit more members for the Fate Stay Night guild and get more sub-forums for the lovely members who have joined.

It has come to my attention that...this guild is getting absolutely nowhere. Well, in order to help it get somewhere, I have decided to start out by at least getting me a worthy crew. Now, I don't know some of you, but knowing me is not a requirement to become a crew member. However, you must display your worthiness through skill and talent. (Yes, moderating and keeping the rules intact counts. It's not a talent, but it is a skill.)
As such, I would like the following of you to display your skills for me. For those of you who think displaying your skills is enough, well...it's not. XD! I'm going to be evil and make you fill out an application [I actually will read these, so don't just make things up.]
Below, you will notice an application. Fill it out and PM it to me. I'm afraid I cannot say for sure when applications will stop being accepted, but I imagine it'll end when I decide we have enough crew-worthy members as crew in this guild. XD! It'll also end if I decide my crew has proven itself capable of helping to run this guild without the need for any more crew members.
Please take into consideration that your personality may help in deciding whether you are a good match to be crew here. This is not to insult your ability to help lead or keep things in line. It's to help my judgment in picking the best crew members. Also note that I may remove your crew privileges if you abuse your powers or break the rules. This is especially and offense. You have been chosen as crew so as crew, you should be helping to enforce the rules and not break them.
To help get a crew that is more experienced in how Gaia works, I have decided to make it a requirement that you tell me how long you've been a member of Gaia. This will help me decide whether or not you've probably read and understood the Gaia TOS. Although you may have, chances are I will pick people who have been members longer, just because they've had more time to abide by it. 3nodding
I am also looking for crew who can be on a reasonable amount per week or day. With all do respect, if you're very busy, I will not choose you because you have a lot on your plate as it is. If you are very busy, you probably shouldn't be applying anyway.
