As you walk inside, you find yourself noting how the main room seems to be... missing something... Everything was pitch black, allowing only vampires or other forms of nightwalkers, who's eyes are used to darkness to dare to tread inside.
Black satin curtains lace the windows on the far side of the large main room. You find your curiousity pulling you forward. The large room had limited furniture, only a crimson couch, furnished with satin throw pillows. To the left was a small bedroom, a bed and small table were visible from the couch.
Even though the room seemed so empty for how big it was, it still seemed comforting. The modesty within its walks welcomed anyone who dare tread foot into a Sanguinarian's humble abode.

The conveinantly dark abode welcomed her once more as she stepped in. A few lights on dimmers barely turned themselves on. It was a natural thing she had programmed in the wiring, as a doorbell sort of thing. Incase anyone unexpectedly visited her when she was home.
Akina's dark eyes glanced around the room as she made her way to the hallway to the left. Her hand brushed against a switch, a 'click' was heard as she lights went off. She made a quick stop to the bathroom, for a refreshing shower. Akina forced herself into a momentary position on the bed. She would not sleep, but she could always pretend to.

The dark room was welcoming to Akina as she stepped inside. The area had a lingering scent in it. One that could be placed with Akina or any other vampire of that fact. It was the sheer smell of death. A welcoming smell for her, it was threatening for others. Akina's feet made her walk to the couch with Kojima. The smile only slightly faded as she sat.

"So this is where Ms. vampiress lives hm?"Kojima chuckled and looked about, sitting down next to Akina. "Much more umble then my dank, body ridden room......"He chuckled and looked down at Akina, "happy we're at your house now?"Kojima asked while smiling down at her.

"I don't mind, either one is fine with me."
Akina looked at him for a moment, watching him. Slowly, she leaned close to him. One of her hands gently caressed his cheek as her lips met his.
The atmosphere in the air was chilling for anything a body heat. For Akina, it was absolutely perfect. Not as perfect as his body warmth, of course.

Kojima was about to respond but was cut off once she kissed him. He stayed still a moment, then clasped his hand over her hand that she ha dused to caress his cheek. He closed his eyes and leaned in a bit, pressing his lips harder against her's. He didn't know why she kissed him suddenly, maybe love had showed itself again. The thoughts ran through his head numerous times.

Akina felt her hand brush up his cheek, briefly playing with his hair. She pressed her lips a bit more tightly against his. The taste of him was lingering on her lips, causing her to want more. Though she ignored her wants and let go of him, slowly parting their sweet kiss.

Kojima opened his eyes, blinking as he looked down at her. He smiled, "Wow...."He rubbed his nose and popped his knuckles. "Wasn't expecting that...."He said while looking her up and down. He silently yawned, he was getting tired already. He felt sort of ashamed.

Akina hurried in to her room. She rummaged through her belongings at a quick pace. A few metallic objects few from her closet as she went through it. She changed her clothing, placing on tight black clothing. Though her usual cloak was blood splattered. She still needed something clean to stop the light from reflecting off her skin.

After an hour of preparation, Akina left. Her clothing was a perfect fit on her, and the darkest shade of black. Belted at her hip was two daggers and a short sword. She trusted her abilities enough to not require many weapons. There was a black trench coat that came to her ankles, flowing around her elegant legs. All of the weapons were hidden safetly within reach.

Alluvian gradually came back to consciousness over a period of time. Opening his eyes, it took a second for his eyes to adjust to the room. It always disconcerted him to wake up to the utter blackness of this room. In the beginning, his eyes had been unable to see at all and Akina had to lead him through it, though that could have been enjoyable on its own. As the days passed, he found that his eyes were able to see a few things, until he eventually gained the same type of night vision that the vampires had. This proved to be very useful in many different instances.

Taking a deep breath, he felt the warmth at his side and turned his head to look at Akina, who lay beside him. If anything, his love for her had blossomed even more as the months had passed. With her, it felt like all of his worries vanished into the night sky.

Akina found herself on her side, with one hand between her face and the pillow. The night's dream had been just as the past few month's. A horrendous dream of fighting the Demon Queen, Cynder. A fight she was sure to happen soon. The Queen had been eager to take her soul into the depths of Hell; and all Akina wished was to prove her strength, but not leave Alluvian in the process.

With one last jerk of annoyance and some fear, a small groan came from her eyes when she woke. They were crimson, an unusual color for Akina. One most nomal days, she had pitch black eyes. Only days she had dreams of taking blood of others, or when she actually was taking someone's blood, was when her eyes changed the color of the blood she was taking. Quickly, her eyes returned to the darkness that surrounded them. It was comfortable for her, though she was unsure how normal darkness felt for Alluvian. Unable to remember not being able to see in the dark, she would have to help him in her home. Without any artificial lights, and only windows with thick, black drapes to keep any sunlight out, this was as dark as it could get.

"Hey, hun."
Her voice was groggy, though she could still feel the warmth resonating from her Angel. Akina's cold hand reached out for his cheek, to gently stroke it. His heartbeat was the only thing able to help her relax. As she yawned, her long fangs seemed to shrink into a more human-like size. Even if they were still abnormal for a mortal's canine's. From waking up with crimson eyes, and elongated fangs, it was clear her dream was the same as all of the others she has had for so long. Killing Cynder or be killed, so many choices in her predicament.

Alluvian wasn't able to read her thoughts, or rather he would never even think about doing such a thing, but even so. After having spent so much time with her, it was quite easy to know what she was thinking, her thoughts echoing most of what he was. The subject of Cynder was nearly taboo for them, bringing up many emotions that hurt both of them at once. Thus, he tried not to mention her as much as possible.

"Hey, love. Another day of eternity..." He reached up to her hand and held it fast against his own face. Even though her touch might not have the warmth of a living being, its coolness held more than enough comfort for him. It did more than any heated touch could ever do for him. They were complete opposites and were drawn to each other because of it. Their life was blissful indeed, with the occasional outside inconveniences that would plague every relationship in history. Cynder was definitely one of those problems.

Akina's hand lingered on his warm face for a good amount of time. Until it felt to her that his warmth was transfered into him. Purely impossible. Though just as the sun heats her skin faster than anything else, his warmth filled her cold heart with the warmth of love. Such an amazing and strange feeling it was. Nearly a year, and she was still getting used to being so strongly in love with him.

When her hand left his face, it landed on the pillow, between their faces. Another yawn came from her lips with a groan.

"We should get up, or I'm tempted just to fall asleep again.." Akina chuckled at her own words. For a vampiress, she did not find the harm in sleeping. Even though the truth was the sleep was more harmful to her than any other creature. As she learned with her oldest child...

"I have to feed later. I'm still not used to eating so much," Akina closed her eyes, trying to ignore the emotions within her whenever she thought of the sleeping Vampire child of her downstairs.

Alluvian listened to her words, but he also listened to the meaning behind the words, knowing that she thought of Takiko. When he came to that realization, his face masked over, not showing a hint of his emotions, though one could see that they were not bad emotions. He was hiding a secret, perhaps? "Thats fine. Will you meet me at the Babylon afterwards? There's something that i want to show you and Maren both, plus the fact that I want to check on her. It shouldn't be long now...days perhaps if it arrives sooner than usual."

Pulling the soft satin bedsheets back, he stepped out of the bed, yawning a little. His amount of sleep had gradually increased the more he had settled down. Being an angel, he was used to having little sleep and didn't have enough time to take more than a little shut-eye anyways. Things were different now and they needed a lot of adaptation.

Akina also slid out of bed, immediately going to get dressed. The hunting would be fast and easy. One quick kill is all she would need to do. She wanted to see how the menstrual-pregnant Maren was doing. The vampiress' sense of fashion, or lack of sense, had not changed much at all within the past eight months. Pure black was most likely here to stay. Though, this time, she put her hair into pigtails. Clearly a sign of how quickly she planned on getting her hunting over with.

"It will only be a moment."

Akina wrapped her arms around her love, enjoying every second of their far-too short embrace. With a quick kiss, she left the room with stunning speed. Takiko's reliance on her had made her hunger grow more than she ever thought possible. With her will, it was easily maintained.
