gah. that's all I really have to say. Who else was there? I can't be the only one.
It was amazing. The trailer (which I'm sure will be somewhere on the intarwebs within a day or so) was really amazing (enough that they played it twice). The Fire nation is awesome. All volcanic and rocky. Apparently it's based on Iceland, visually! Best quote evar... Bryan: "The fire nation are... vikings!"
There was a lot of storyboard art and stuff... much of it we've seen from the leaks. (except for the crones in swimwear and cabana Zuko >.>) But yes, the higlight was (of course) the trailer and the clips of Bryan acting like an idiot in front of a camera to give the Korean animators a reference. He's busting out all the kung fu action. And I -really- hope that makes it on the net.

SO. a bit more coherent now (though exhausted from not having slept last night.) The trailer can be found HERE: http://www.avatarspirit.net/ (they'll have a full con report up soon and a video of the whole thing too~) For those of you who are going to go "watafa! how can Aang have so much hair!" Bryan's answer was that time has passed, though he was painfully nonspecific as to how MUCH. Mike was not there, but there was a brief video with him and M. Night Shamylan. They said the movie would be "coming out soon" ... of course we have no idea what "soon" means, but I'm hoping in a year or two~ <3 Also, we already knew this, but the air date has been confirmed many times over as Sept 21. <3 Also that this is the last season of this story... though apparently they're not done with the world.

okay im SO effing happy about this but im sad because aangs seems like he got all emo and mean! but im VERY happy that Katara is like...a master waterbender and that Sokka is the "Ultimate" warrior! ARHG! im just so happy lol

I dunno, he doesn't seem to be mean to me... just a return (hopefully brief) to the Desert, in terms of characterization. (is anyone besides me scared Zuko's going to be firelord in the final battle?)

I was wondring if anything was given out, I mean like last year they had posters of the wanted poster that had Aang on it, did they do that his year?

The poster is that black and red one with the guy with the eye on his forehead, though.
