What do u mean by the Kaze? Do you mean the Kage? Kazekage is the leader of the Sand village. Hokage is the leader of Hidden Leaf village. Mizukage is the leader of Hidden Mist village. Raikage is the leader of Hidden Cloud village. Tsuchikage is the leader of the Hidden Rock village. Sannin are the equal of a Kage and some Missing Nin are also equals to a Kage, they just don't care. Look at Kakashi, very skilled, one of Konoha's best, easily a Kage level Shinobi.

Naruto is definetly becoming Hokage i cant see kakashi becoming Hokage even though he has the skills to become one.

I want to see Naruto as 6th Hokage working together with Gaara the 5th Kazekage. That'll be a great thing, eh.

That would be great, then the two nations would band together even more to wipe out Akatsuki (if they havn't already)

on topic i will reply yes there are for example there are the sannin who are stronger than kages and missing nin such as pein are also stronger depends who you look at

and itachi owns Orochimaru which means that Itachi is better than Hokage and Kazekage also

Yeah, when the 3rd Hokage used the soul sealing jutsu, he knew he would have lose his soul as well, but he did it anyways to stop Orochimaru. The Kazekage was caught unaware (true that no shinobi should get surprised.) and that I think is why Orochimaru was able to kill him.
