Well to be quite honest i believe your just going to have to wait for your hormones. BUT if you reallyyyyyyyy want some, just shave off some hair from another part of your body and tape it to your face.

I don't think that it would be possible, unless you can put Rogain on your face. But I don't think that you can. I wish that I could stop facial hair growth. I'm 16 and I shave every day. I hate facial hair and so does my girlfriend.

Whenever you get any peach fuzz (I am figuring that is what it is for you right now) shave it off. The more you shave the faster and thicker the hair will become. I need to shave once to twice a week but i never do, so my facial hair isn't growing very fast.
