Okay, I was having problems yesterday with the patch, and I finally firgured out how to make it work. So I play for a little bit, and then quit the game.
The next morning (today) I can't log into my account!O:< It says I don't have the correct password. I never even changed my password or anything!
Now I can't change it because I don't have the right one anymore!! Wtf?
So...does this mean I have to start ALL over?? @___@ T___T

Do you mean, you don't have the email anymore?
I'm 100% sure the patch didn't do that. maybe you got hacked. But for the hacker to change your pass, it would require him/her to know:
Your email
Your email's pass
Your secret question #2
Your full name
and your birth date
maybe you just messed up, or maybe something happened? not sure. But if you still have access to your email, i suggest you go to the site and use the cannot login form.

No-no....What I mean is I don't have the current password anymore.
So I can't change my password without it. :[
I hope this is only temporary. = 3=
But yeah..I have a feeling I messed up something. -___-
I'm on my Nexon account right now. I'm trying to change my password but it won't let me...I think I may need to start over. = 3=

Make sure you don't have Caps Lock on. It won't take the password if you have caps on.

I dont understand, That webpage just asks for your account name and birthday. Then they send you a new password via email o.O

reboot.
remove spyware.
clear your internet cache.
re-download MS full current version installation.
turn off your firewalls.
reload your operating system (winXP, not Vista).

I've heard of patches messing up peoples' pins before, but not passwords, though I could see it happening to passwords in a few random cases.
One might hope though, as sometimes happens, the next patch fixes it.
I doubt if it will work, but try redownloading the client, and if that doesn't work, try shooting e-mails at the higher ups. Occasionally they listen.
