Well we know Voldemort cared for know one lie possibly? When Bellatrix is murdered by Molly Weasly Voldemort reacts with rage and fury. But does not for anyone els. In fact he offers most of his followers up as bate???? What do you think?

I don't think that it was so much caring, or love as it was that he lost one of his most loyal and useful followers. She was also incredibly powerful, from what I understand. He might have felt a kinship for her, seeing as he trusted her to hide one of his Horcruxes, but I think that was it.

I don't think Voldemort really loved Bellatrix. Cause Voldy Moldy just didn't understand love. He might have just been angry cause he lost one of his most powerful death eaters.

I think Voldemort valliued Bellatrix more than most of the other Death Eaters because she did stay loyal to him for all those years, and she did help to hide that horcrux. See, like Snape, Bella is just part of the big chess game between Voldemort and Harry Potter. She proved to be a valuable piece in the game, and when she got killed, Voldemort must of realised he lost a useful ally, and got mad at the loss. surprised

I agree with Garnet17th. I don't think he really cared for her, it was just she was one of his most dedicated followers which must have pissed him off. And it is a bit ridiculous he tells everyone "be on my side or die" when if you're on his side, you're most likely used as bait! xd

Thanks! And the Molly-Bellatrix part was priceless. I was laughing so hard. Voldemort just doesn't get love. He just doesn't understand how to be a friend or have friends. I think he's perfectly happy with minions, or, was.
