Well there was potential, that was the positive part. That it might take some time, well that was the less positive part. Cause frankly there was no telling when she might have her sister jump her again, though something told him she might come for him first rather then Angel.
Come on, focus! Punch like you're trying to break a nose. Find the balance when you kick., Ali's words came out harsh, best to teach with a motivational stick then a cuddle.

Angel looked at him, she tried to draw from the rage she had been suppressing for years. Every vile act Crow had her hand in became visible on Ali's person. With a loud yell she attacked. She let him have it. She focused on his unprotected areas as to catch him off guard.

Ali hadn't expected her to deliberatly avoid the targets, taking some good punches to his head and kicks to more sensitive areas before he reacted. Catching a arm and pulling it back as he moved forward, wrapping his left arm around her neck and holding her in both a choke hold and one that would let him easily snap her arm.
You'd think he was angry, but nah, he was smiling.
Lesson one. Do not let your anger dictate how you move. That's why Crow lost to me and why I have you like this now., Was a good enough first lesson. Always keep a cool head even when you ought to be severely pissed off.

She gasped as her windpipe was closed off. Struggling to catch her breath. She swatted at him, trying to get his arm free with the bulky gloves seemed impossible. Her mind raced but she heard his lesson. Crow had made that flaw. Her legs jerked beneath her, she tried to kick her way free but his arm got tighter. Angel did her best to relax her body as she felt her mind hazing over. Her arm felt the pressure as he bared his pressure there. She tried to respond verbally but it came out as a gurgle.

Ali didn't let go either when all that came out was a gurgle, this would be a good lesson in how to get out of such a grip. Way to get out of this, use your free hand and go for the sensitive parts. In this case the best bet is their eyes., Now Ali slacked the hold, letting her get air and lowering the arm. Never be afraid to use what others call cheap tactics, in situations like this you go for whatever works. Go for eyes, if it's men then check if you can hurt their balls., Ali smirked a little after he spoke. Letting her get some time to gather herself.

She nodded, panting as she bent over to stop her head from spinning. His words played in her head and she grinned slightly. Catch them off guard, her right leg swept out quickly to the left in an attempt to sweep his legs out from beneath him as he stood there. Cheap tactics

It worked and while not a attack that did damage, it was always a disadvantage to be laying on the ground like Ali was now. Atleast if the opponent was standing.
Rolling to the side and standing up again, Ali gave her a smile. Then brought the punching mitts up again like he had in the start.
Now put the force you had when you got angry into your punches and let's do a ten minute intensity run. Your entire arms are supposed to be sore tomorrow., No rest. Well there was a prize for her at the end of it but he wouldn't exactly reveal that until he considered them finished for the day.

Angel smiled, proud of her small accomplishment. She had not meant to hurt him just to show she had paid attention to his lesson. Nodding, she put her fists up and put Crow and Yawg's faces on Ali's mitts. She drew her strength from the shoulder following through with the elbow then snapping out a quick punch with her wrist. All her power followed through hitting her target repeatedly. Her feet shuffled as she continued, balancing her weight back and forth as she pounded away. The soft sensual look was replaced by a strong determined one. Angel was ready to build a skill set and understood the pain that would follow.

Wasn't many that showed that kind of focus on their first go, still were things to learn and build. But seemed like she understood it wasn't going to be easy. Plenty of tough lessons ahead.
Alright, I think we can call it there for today. Shouldn't start to hard on the first day but now you know what your warm-ups are going to be.I also encourage you to do some minor excercise sessions of your own so to help build your body, Ali smiled as he undid the mitts and held them under his right arm, Nodding somewhat in approval.
Now last part of today is quite simple. I noticed there were hotsprings here on my walk, use them after training to help relax your muscles. Otherwise it'll be painful for you to get out of bed.

She looked down at her bruising knuckles surprised to see a few cracked open and bleeding. Her arms were sore already but she was proud of herself for not pussing out. "Yes Sir." She had strong beliefs and one was to respect the one who is giving his time to train you. In the bar they may be seen as equals or casual to say the least but on this field she was his student and she would treat him as so. "The hot springs sound fabulous." She flashed him her pearly whites and fought the urge to kiss him,

She wasn't the first one he had given some training but..ah. That was a tale for some other time. For now he made sure to put the mitts back where he had found them. Best not to misplace them or hide them from others. That was just rude.
Naturally he'd accompany her to the Hotsprings, mostly to ensure the student got through the whole lesson without any..involvement.

Angel panted when she skidded to a stop as she arrived to the training ground. She looked around and sighed in relief when she didn't see Ali. This meant she hadn't been late at all. Hell for all she knew she was early. She threw her back in a ponytail and began stretching. After she felt limber she began the training regimen Ali had informed her of the day before. She worked hard at the reps and didn't give up even when her body screamed in protest.

One of these days he'd need to learn the same trick his contact had, he or she never had any difficulty with handling large quantities while he had to drag three dufflebags with him. He could manage but even he felt the weight of them edge on slowly when he had to walk a good distance.

The one hanging over his left shoulder rettled when he dropped it to the ground, the other two he put more care into when he set them down. Seemed like Angel had already begun the warm-up. Good, he had half a thought that she might decide to be sloppy and stay in the bar with some warm chocolate.
When you're done warming up then I got something for you here., Well atleast what she wanted out of the one dufflebag. The other was his and the third had some..various tools of the trade in them.

Angel stood up from her last push-up. She joggled over to him as she whipped the sweat from her forehead with a rally towel. She had seen him laden down with duffle bags when he entered but remained working out till she was finished. She wanted this training and wasn't going to half a** her way through any of it. She stood by his side with a smile on her face, She had news for him but was patient enough to wait until he addressed her.

Take whatever weapons you like from that one., Ali gave one of the dufflebags that was a distance away from the others a nudge with his foot. Firearms, Blades, blunt weapons. Hell were even some protective gear in there incase she wanted to give them a try too.

In the meantime, Ali crouched down by another dufflebag and tugged on the zipper, pulling out a small case afterwards and closing it back up. Might aswell give her a introduction in the wonderful world of chemicals. Primarily propofol. He also had some other things for her but that was..homework in a sense.
